The service I received from Ibitol and the team at Hilton Car Supermarket was very, very good.

Test drove the car and all was fine. Its condition was that good all wheels need refurbishment and accident damage to front nearside corner. Sold me a warranty saying it came with 6 months warranty so i would have 18 months in total. Salesman got that very wrong its only for 12 months and £200 more than quoted, he applogised for his mistake. No warranty documentation included, had to chase warranty company to be told its for an ICE car. Hilton applogised said they made a mistake as my car is an EV. Asked the salesman does it come with a handbook, yes its in the glove box. It wasn't. Something look strange in the rear? no parcel shelf. The main issue they kept back £250 until they recieved the logbook for my part exchange. I sent it first class signed for delivery within 3 days. Now over a month later they have still not refunded the money. So many excuses don't have your bank details, we don't have the logbook. Then we have the V5 payment within 3-5 days well that didn't happen. Then changed tack and said up to 14 days. well that didn't happen, it will be on thursdays payment run, that didnt happen either. So about to go through the courts. The good news is that the car has performed perfectly and I am please with it. However their appaling after sales service with broken promises and miss information during the sale process means I cannot recommend them.

We booked no appointment and just turned up. Receptionist sat us down and got someone to look after us straight away, hot drinks were also offered. We already knew what car we wanted. Ray dealt with us for finance and had a lot of patience with us, as we wanted to wiegh up our options. Al dealt with me on handover day, was friendly and replied to texts if I had questions. Had brakes changed like I asked and car was perfect. Would 100% recommend, great staff and a great range of cars on site.

I had a great experience at Hilton Car Supermarket. The staff was professional, friendly, and never pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car I bought was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and they even let me test drive it without any hassle. Five stars because they were very helpful and kind.

The process was easy, the agent assigned to us was marvellous and literally went home with a nice car within 2 days of speaking with him. 😁

Very helpful staff- All the process and the documentation is simple and straightforward
