I am pleased with the car and enjoying driving it. Jamie, the salesman, was good on the day. The only negative was that I was told it was serviced, but it turned out it wasn’t. I was reimbursed some money, so I’d still give my experience a 4-star rating.

I have to say I was sceptical at first buying from a car supermarket but I was very well looked after by the salesman Ezenwa who was very knowledgeable about the Jaguar E-Pace I was looking at and eventually ended up purchasing. Ezenwa was very helpful and I am happy with what my purchase. I was also pleasantly surprised again when I had an issue with a water leak, I called up they told me to take it to an independant garage and they will reimburse, I was a bit sceptical, however they paid me back all the money and the dianotics charge the same day! Credit where credit is due, my experience with them was honestly up there!

Easy purchase it was a quick turnaround and didn't run into any problems during the transaction. The salesman I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with my new car!

So far everything has been great with Mercedes I purchased. I am still waiting for Hilton to get back to me regarding an issue but I am going to call up to chase it. Other than that Saad that I dealt with was brilliant, very helpful and professional. So I would still give a 5 out of 5!

There were a few hiccups and some areas I feel need improvement. One of the members I dealt with refused to acknowledge some concerns I had. However, one of the other staff member took everything on board and helped to sort things out the best he could, which was appreciated. I did notice, however, that the parcel shelf I requested to have in the car was for the wrong model of vehicle. This being said I am very pleased with the car itself. It is nice to drive, and they made sure it was thoroughly cleaned for me prior to leaving, which was appreciated.

I haven't had any issues whatsoever dealing with Hilton, been a really simple and easy process. Happy with my new BMW it is a great vehicle, no complaints.

My new car is absolutely fabulous, I am so pleased with it. I found what I wanted and went to view, the rest of the process was made super easy by Hilton. There was no pressure or trying to sale me other things, it was honestly amazing service throughout. Really lovely dealership to go to, would use them again!

Mohammad at Hilton Car Supermarket was very easy to talk to and offered a brilliant level of customer service. I would definitely use them again in the future. no problems at all.

Touch wood, my new Nissan Qashqai has been brilliant so far. It took a bit of getting used to as I used to have a 3-litre car, which was much bigger. Regarding the dealership, I had Gugundeep, who was great. The only improvement would be that I had to wait a while, but overall everything was good. I would give 4 stars.
