Over the last few months, I have been to a few dealerships and seen lots of different cars, but they did not come anywhere close to Hilton Car Supermarket in Milton Keynes. Alex and the team were amazing, and they were always there to offer me a helping hand when needed. Now that I have my Peugeot, all I can say is that I wish I had found out about Hilton Car Supermarket a lot sooner. 

After searching for the perfect vehicle, I found a Toyota for sale that was not only priced just right but also met all my other requirements. Abul, the salesman patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the car's features, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I drove away in a fantastic Toyota that I'm absolutely thrilled with.

My BMW 1 Series is brilliant and is running so well. It was a very good experience overall. They were very quick and efficient and did not leave me standing around at any point waiting for them. I definitely had that 5 star service from them.

Sean was incredibly helpful and very much put me and my dad at ease when we were there. I have bought and sold many cars so I was expecting it to be like what I have seen where it is very pushy but I was pleasantly surprised. It was very relaxed and there was no pressure to buy anything. I also love that it is on my doorstep, I hate when you travel a long way and then you worry what if it isn't in good nick when you get there and you feel more like you need to take something otherwise you have to travel back again. With this though, it was local so I could go back time and time again if I wanted to but the option was also there to take it the same day if I wanted. It was very much up to me how I wanted the experience to go and that was ideal. I did end up buying a Volvo V90 in the end but I went back to collect it. Sean was very very nice and communication was just key with him the whole time. I can never give a 5 though as I am a firm believer of there always being room for improvement no matter how small it may be.

The customer service at Hilton Car Supermarket is brilliant! The guys there are so informative and take the time to explain all of the details with the car and the finance options. I had to wait a little bit to go through the finance as they were quite busy on the day but I guess that is the sign of a good dealer! Aside from that though everything was good and so far it is running so good.

I have to say, the biggest thing I loved about the process was that as you walk in you just sign yourself in and then you are left to it. You can just go and have a look around at your own leisure without being hounded from the second you step on the forecourt. Then if you find something you like you just take a picture over and go from there or if you don't find anything you can just leave, no pressure or questions about it at all. It is so good to do it like that and I think more dealerships should do this. It was the quickest sale I have ever had and Abul was great.

I was torn between a Land Rover Discovery and a Mitsubishi Outlander so I went down to the dealership and had a look at the selection of both. I was able to take both on a test drive and Abul provided me with all the information I needed and let me have a look at the vehicle history on all of the cars I was interested in. This just really helped me make an informed decision which was fantastic. They understood too that I was under some time constraints as I had come from Guildford and needed to get back there for a set time so they just made sure I got everything I needed in that time to make my decision. Honestly, it all went perfectly and I absolutely love my Outlander! I am very happy so far and will be coming back to nosey at your selection when I am looking for my next car.

It has been a while since I bought a new car so I didn't know what to expect as I have had company cars for years. I was expecting to be pounced on the second I arrived but that wasn't the case. My partner and I were just left to have a good look around without anyone hovering over our shoulder. It just made the experience really relaxed and there was no pressure with it. We could have walked away then and there and nobody would have pressured us not to which I really liked. Once I had decided what I wanted the guys were happy to help me get it all sorted so they were there when I needed them. Although, it was really busy that day so it took a bit of time to get someone but once I did they were great.

I had been looking around for a Kia Niro for a while and was weighing up the best deals. I wanted a good price as well as a good condition but didn't want to travel too far. There were a lot of similar prices out there but Hilton were closest to me and their Niro seemed to be in the best condition. I went to look at it first and it definitely fit the bill. All the guys at the dealership were very helpful, they got me out on a test drive and Ezenwa was lovely. He listened to what I wanted and got everything sorted promptly for me without trying to offer anything that didn't fit what I had asked for.
