I'm having a blast with my Jaguar I-Pace - it's been nothing but good fun since I got it! When I arrived at the dealership, Jared made me feel right at home. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and we had some great chats. They had a good selection of Jaguars in stock, and I was able to pick out the one I wanted within good time. Jared even offered me a test drive, which sealed the deal for me. Overall, it was a positive and enjoyable experience!

So far, my experience with the Discovery Sport has been a good one, touch wood! While I was enquiring about my car the dealership's customer service was superb. They're quick to respond to any questions, maintain good communication throughout, and address any issues promptly. Though I did have a minor battery issue, the team resolved it quickly. 4.5 out of 5 stars would be the perfect score.

When my partner and I visited the dealership to view the Vauxhall Mokka, we were pleasantly surprised to be left to our own devices. There was no pressure from the staff, which was a really nice feeling because this wasn't the feeling at a previous dealership. Mohammed, our salesman, was fantastic. He was very informative, allowed us to take the car on a test drive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We love our car and we are very happy.

I spotted the Peugeot 2008 online and decided to head down to the dealership for a test drive. As soon as I saw the car, I wanted it! I was a cash buyer, so it was a straight in and out job, but I was impressed by the helpfulness of the team, who ensured a quick turnaround so I could enjoy my new car without delay. Overall, the experience was smooth and the car has been great since driving it away.

The Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class I got from Hilton Car Supermarket, is running well so far. While I've only had it for a couple of weeks and haven't had the chance to take it on long trips yet, I've been on a few small drives, and it's been performing well. The customer service at Hilton Car Supermarket was brilliant. It was cold weather on the day of purchase, and they managed to provide a quick turnaround, so we weren't left waiting around for too long. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process dealing with them. I look forward to more journeys with my new car!

I recently purchased an Audi A4 at the start of the month, and I'm really enjoying it! Alexander, the salesman I dealt with was absolutely spot on. What I appreciated most was that there was no hard sell - He was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. Take the bad reviews seriously they are the only ones that are telling you the truth. Also don't be fooled by their automated responses, the reality of their help and interaction in person/phone/Email is non existent. I called on 12 different occasions to enquire and ask questions about the car we liked. we were promised a call back each time by Sean that never materialised so we had to do all the chasing. This pattern continued with every other adviser that we had contact with. So if you are offered a call back DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH. WE WERE MISSOLD THIS CAR! On one of the many occasions that I spoke to Sean he confirmed that our car had a FULL service history (as advertised on their website and autotrader) Sean even read the service history out to me in detail over the phone. He even confirmed that they had had the car for 38 days before we bought it. We asked everything that you are supposed to ask when buying a used car and he told us everything we wanted to hear. We had no reason to doubt him. Fast-forward to two days after the sale and we go over the paper work they provided so we could file it away and we notice to our horror that the service history provided belongs to an entirely different car. They also failed to provide us a copy of the Experian Car history check as required by the AA dealer promise they signed up to. When we realised this error we contacted them immediately and were greeted by a manager called Joanna who had an attitude. She refused all of my requests to speak to her manager and she lied saying that she would call me back the next day with the correct service records (I have this in an Email she sent me). However, this phone call never materialised because she actually had that day off which she knew in advance of making this promise to me. As soon as they had our money it was no longer their problem. I did advise them that they have breached laws, their AA promise and Data protection by doing what they did but they simply don't care. I advised the manager Deep, that without the full service history the car is not worth the purchase price and is in fact worth 10-20% less and I gave him a chance to refund me the lower end (10%) of the difference to which he refused. He stated that he could put my car back up tomorrow and get the same price. During our conversation he became enraged and argumentative and refused to give me any reasonable form of compensation. I told him that I would be reporting them to Trading standards, to which he replied "I have a good relationship with trading standards". This implied to me that he felt that he was untouchable. He confirmed during this conversation that they do not have the full service history at all. The only solution that they have offered is a full refund, however, they know full well that I cannot be without a car and going through with the refund would leave me out of pocket. Also judging by others that have asked for refunds, they either don't get them or they are left waiting an unacceptable amount of time up to 14 days (if you are lucky) which is too long to be without money or a car. I have reported them to :- Trading Standards The AA (Dealer Promise) Automotive Compliance LTD I did also report them to the motor ombudsman however, I was informed that they are not registered with them so they will not be able to help me in this case. They are not registered for good reason as they do not meet the level of compliance needed to be accredited by the motor ombudsman (THIS IS A RED FLAG!). To summarise, If you value your time, money and sanity do not buy from this company. They appear friendly at first but the second money has changed hands or you start asking the right questions they immediately become your worst nightmare. and in 3.. 2.. 1.. there will be an oh so nice automated response claiming that they are going to be helping me with this issue.... Guess what... its all a front. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Hi Paul, We can see you have left the review, when we did not budge on your blackmailing tactics. First of All lets be honest and tell the full story. You didn't even buy the vehicle, your daughter bought it on Friday and was given a service history of a different car by accident. So your argument on YOU needing the vehicle was incorrect. You called us on Sunday and started abusing our staff. All our calls are recorded and Johanna offered you a FULL REFUND and even Offered to collect the car from your house. On Tuesday, you Spoke to Deep Singh, Who also offered you a full refund, but you said you don't want to return the vehicle but were asking us to give you £2000 or you would call Trading Standards and Take it further, which we refused and again offered you a FULL REFUND. Then you told us you had contacted a previous owner and confirmed the full service history. So now you wanted us to give you £700 and again we offered you a full refund and collection of your vehicle from your home so it will be no inconvenience to you but you kept on threatening the Staff. As per the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, We have offered you a full Refund on a vehicle that you believe was Miss Sold. We even offered you a Further £300 for the inconvenience if you wanted to keep the vehicle. So we have followed the law and done our best. Regards, Hilton Car Supermarket
