I only rated these 4/5 because no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement. They came close to perfection, though; there was nothing to complain about at all. 😉

Ali was one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was very welcoming towards me and left me to my own devices without putting any pressure on me. This made me feel comfortable and relaxed dealing with him because I was given plenty of time to decide if I was making the right decision by buying the Ford Focus from him. The car is perfect, and I could not have picked a better dealership to do business with or a better car that suits my lifestyle to a tee. Honestly, I'm so glad that Hilton Car Supermarket has such a straight forward process when they sell you a car. When I first got in touch with Aaron about the Ford Focus he made sure everything was explained in detail and told me exactly what I needed to hear. It was quick and easy, with no delays. I've had my Nissan Qashqai for a while now, and I'm getting along with it very well. I don't think there has been a day I haven't used it. When I arrived at the dealership, I was happy to see that the car was as described on their website. After taking it out on a test drive, I had a lot of faith in the car & I had to have it.

My Evoque seems fine at the moment, all round good experience.

Mirza was great to deal with while I was taking a look around Hilton Car Supermarket. He really listened to what I was looking for in a car because he found me a beautiful Range Rover Evoque in my favourite colours, black & white. Everything was top-notch.
