Great first impressions from the team down at Hilton Cars. The BMW 5 Series is brilliant and mechanically runs well. The customer service around the dealership was fantastic! Sean wasn't too pushy and he left me to my own devices while still being there if I needed anything. I thought the process went very well and I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone.

My son was interested in a car from Hilton Car Supermarket, a lovely Kia Sportage. Unfortunately he didn't have the time to go and view the car. So I went on his behalf, when I arrived all the staff were lovely and polite. After discussing the details with with my son the car was purchased. The only problem we faced, not really a problem just an inconvenience is that we needed to purchase temporary insurance to get home, the staff gave me some recommendations of insurers that may be able to help and we did get it sorted- but I do feel it would be easier for all parties if possible to do the insurance in house. but in the end we are left with a great car and we are very pleased.
