Hilton have been great! I'm quite enjoying the new Kadjar, its not too different form the cars I have had in the past but there its lots of new techy things that I haven't seen before, I guess it's just a case of getting used to the new car. Aaron was my sales advisor and he listened very carefully to what I was saying, what I wanted and the questions that I asked him. He was a great representation of Hilton Car Supermarket. I can not fault him, he did very well and did the most. The Renault Kadjar has done everything I have asked of it so far.

I was previously driving a 2004 Ford Fiesta and I though it was time I treated myself and got a new motor. Hilton was a big help, especially the guy showing us around called Jared. He was great, so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Not to single him out because everyone I came across was great with me. The car was spotless and was presented in a pristine manor. I am loving the upgrade it means a lot and I can not tell you just how much I love the new VW Polo, it's a literal dream compared to the one one!

Overall, I am best pleased with the buying experience, where some dealers are quite pushy during the sale, these guys were not. Ali and the other chap we spoke to seemed to be very understanding. The buying experience was good, we are just waiting to hear back from the team to get a few bits and bob touched up and we will have completed our car buying experience.

I'm loving my new car! It's running perfectly, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. It's quite a change from my old Mercedes, but in a good way. This one's (Nissan X Trail) is way better because it is higher up, making it more practical for me. The customer service was excellent – Abdul was super helpful, welcoming, and very professional. He answered all my questions with the right information, earning them top marks.
