It was time I upgraded my car from the Corsa I was driving, I had heard that Astras drive really smooth so I wanted to come and see for myself. It sure is an upgrade driving the new Astra that I purchased, it's so smooth, just like everyone had said. We actually came to Hilton Car Supermarket 3 months before, my husband came to buy a car and he had such a fantastic experience we had to come back. This is why Hilton Car Supermarket was are dealership of choice and I believe it always will be from now on. I would definitely recommend.

In terms on how the car runs.... Perfect no an issue in sight, I am very pleased with the car, its a good motor that I do very much like. I had a few niggles along the way but I was shown that if these guys say something... they follow though. I was missing the J for Jaguar and they got sent to me straight away with no quibble. I delt with someone called Jay and he really showed me what great customer service looked like. I appreciate that alot. A few days after I purchased the car my service light popped up but that's just a case of resetting it, which I think you can do from home. All in all I have had a great experience! I purchased a great Ford Fiesta that was in great condition from Hilton Car Supermarket. I was dealing with a gentleman called Dannyaal who really showed me great professionalism and great customer care. I have had no issues with Hilton Car Supermarket. What stood out to me the most has got to be the quality of the car and what amazing condition the paint work, interior and even the wheels were in.

Just wanted to share my recent experience.... It's been a breeze! Got a new battery under warranty, and everything's running smooth as silk. I'm absolutely loving it! Previously I had a Seat I was quite attached to, but I needed to switch to automatic—a big plus, especially with my arthritis. The customer service was absolutely fantastic, every single person was helpful, friendly, and oh so welcoming. They were definitely considerate, especially for someone like me, a woman on my own. Felt totally safe and comfortable. 5 stars, without a doubt. I'll happily go back again!.

The customer service was great, Riley really did try his hardest for us. I originally came down to get a different car but something was wrong with the car I went for, so, Riley got a different car sorted for me, which I really am happy with. I liked that Riley ad his sales team were honest about the car having an issue, and didn't just sell it to me anyway. There was no pushiness, it was a nice environment with really nice staff.
