I was a little disappointed because when I arrived at the dealership, the car was not ready as I had been told it would be. I had to wait around two to three hours, and there are a few ongoing issues that I am sorting out myself since I do not live close to the dealership. Syed was very helpful and did everything he could to assist. He answered all my questions clearly and went through all the paperwork with me. I really appreciated his support, and overall the experience was good, just let down slightly by the delays and minor issues. That is why I am giving a 4 out of 5.

The BMW 4 Series has been driving well, and I thought the customer service was okay. I would give my overall experience a 3.5 star rating.

My new VW Polo has been perfect. It has been working flawlessly, and the service I received while buying the vehicle was excellent. We did have to wait a little while at times, so I would give it 4 out of 5.

Haseed was the salesman who helped me at the dealership, and he was really good. He was efficient, and I believe he was new at the dealership. I think he will do very well.

I had a really good experience buying the Volvo V90 and with the after-sales service. I am happy to give it a 4.5 star rating.

My new Audi Q3 from Hilton Car Supermarket's doing alright. I’ve noticed a couple of issues recently, but I haven’t contacted the dealer yet to get them sorted as I don't see them as a big deal. I'll get around to contacting them at some point. The customer service I received was quite good and the whole transaction was easy. I've based my rating of 4/5 on the fact I've found a couple of issues, but as I say I'm not too worried,

salesman was great, but the amount of calls and texts I've had is a bit overwhelming. I also don't think I've received my warranty yet and I've asked a few times hence why I've scored three stars.

My experience with Hilton Car Supermarket is pretty much good. Some lights have came on the dash since, but they have reassured me that it'll be easily sorted under their Nationwide warranty. I do have a couple of pieces of feedback that could've made the experience better. The waiting times were longer than expected on both my viewing and collection visits, even though I had appointments which was a little frustrating. There was also some miscommunication regarding the MOT — it was promised by finance but not actioned by sales. To be fair, the team offered to carry one out on the day of collection once they realised, but unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait due to work commitments. Despite those communication hiccups I still think Hilton Car Supermarket deserves a good 3-star rating, as the car’s in quite nice condition and was well presented.
