I wish I could give less then 1 star. I reserved a car I wanted to buy, agreed on a time for a pre-purchase inspection and was assured on the phone that my mechanic would find the car available and able to test test it. Not only he was treated unprofessionally and with distrust but he (who is fully licensed and insured and has been doing this job for years) was not able to test drive the car. Our experience with this garage is fishy, unprofessional, rude. Sellers on the phone were also very unhelpful and rude. Avoid.

Bought a car from hilton feb 2021....I gave a 5 star review ....what a mistake ..I watched a guy change my oil and filter today oil like treacle and as black ..filter trashed ...this car should have been serviced before I bought it ...no chance ..so please dont lie to your customers thatyou will give it a service ehen you quite clearly dont ...wont come near you again .....bad !!

They blatantly don't check cars before selling them after buying from auctions etc I bought an insignia which I returned. I had to buy it unseen due to covid restrictions!! Wrote a truthful review and it's been deleted and I've been blocked from commenting Hilton Garage - Car Supermarket well you can't block me from my own facebook page and and now I'll spend my day writing bad (but truthful) reviews for you on every platform where I have the ability to do so.. trust pilot etc Even the delivery driver stated how many faults it had. Vehicle FL16 YKC was delivered 2/2/21 at 14.05hrs. Before the vehicle was offloaded I found a defect with the exhaust and made the delivery person aware of this. Once the vehicle was offloaded I carried out a more detailed inspection and found numerous faults which warrant rejection. These faults and general condition of the car make me feel that you have not carried out an inspection of the vehicle as advertised on your website, and make me doubt the vehicles road worthiness. The general appearance and state of the car also show me that you have not prepared the car to a standard which i feel is expected of yourselves. The faults are as follows.. Damage and holed exhaust which is clearly visible to anyone that had apparently inspected the vehicle prior to sale. Front and rear Discs excessively corroded. Low coolant level. Water leak in boot wheel well. Drivers side boot trim not fitted correctly, further inspection of this showed a water leak behind this panel. No tyre inflation kit. Dent in drivers door. Corrosion around rear reverse sensor. Corrosion/contaminate to front alloy wheels caused by running low brake pads. Scuff on nearside mirror. Fallout/contaminate (rust spots) over all of the vehicle especially the rear. The general condition and appearance of the vehicle is not of a standard that I consider acceptable from a dealer such as yourself or in fact any car vendor.. Dog hairs in various parts of the interior. Mildew/green algae around window edges Leaves in engine bay blocking drainage channels Dirt on rear parcel shelf I stopped looking at this point...

Dealing with Hilton Garage has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I had not had the pleasure of dealing with them in the past, however moving forward i'm certain I will be dealing with them again. Nothing was too much bother, communication was superb and the overall service I received from Kierran especially made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. I had been pressured by MAIN dealers to make a decision on the spot which I did not want to do - Hilton persevered with me and gave me time to make a decision on the sale and provided all of the information required without any pressure or gimmicks. Cannot speak any more highly of them and would like to thank them for all of their efforts.

Paid for Gardx and it wasnt done. When we did the vehicle inspection we were told that issues would be resolved however I could have done a better touch up job. All they are interested in is selling you the car and all the additional extras. Would never buy from here again and I wish I had read the other reviews.
Good sales service but poor aftercare, small piece of trim began to come away a few days after buying the car and they refused to fix it. All the guarantees and warranties sound good but they're not interested after the sale.

Friend of mine bought a Vauxhall Astra. Had it six months and took it into a local garage for a minor paint touch up only to be told the car must have been in a major bump prior to him purchasing it. After informing his insurance they sent an assessor to see the car and told him it was dangerous and should not have passed an MOT! adding it will cost thousands to mend. The insurance company then voided his insurance! He now has a car he can't drive and can't insure! Hilton Garage have sold him a wreck and are now trying to fob him off to get out of replacing the car. Sound a bunch of 'honest John's'. DON'T be their next victim!!
Recently purchased a Golf GTI from Hilton Garage. Was very impressed with how efficient the salesman, Rob and the rest of the staff were with the whole process. There was a minor issue at the end but Rob and the team dealt with it swiftly and that resulted in a happy customer. I love my new car! Would recommend Hilton
I wore a couple of cars on the Hilton Garage website so after taking to then ivisited the garage and looked at acouple of cars. There was one which fitted my bill so I decided to have it but initially they gave me Apoorva part exchange offer which I refused so they increased ittowhat was my bottom figure. The car had acouple things to become which they did and they gave me 12 months MOT . I collected car everything looked ok hen after a couple of weeks there was a problem which kept coming and going. So i contacted them and they agreed to have the car back and they carried out an investigation and found a problem which they fixed. The only issue I have is most large car dealers offer 12month warranty Hilton's do not they only offer 1month then they sell you an AA warranty unfortunately the AA will only cover at best about 60% of the labour costs which means the warranty is very very poor.
