I bought a Range rover Evoque from hitchfields 3 weeks go. The process was quick and easy from start to finish and i was kept informed during the whole process by phone and email. Rory sold me the car and hes was very professional and helpful throughout removing any doubts or obstacles we had. When we collected the car we were treated to hot drinks and the car had been professionally valeted. I would highly recommend you stay well clear of this garage!! They sell faulty cars and don’t want to put it right. Leaving people out of pocket and in distress. Customer service is shocking passed from one person to the next who make out they have no idea what you’re talking about. They would allow you to drive away in one of their cars with your young children in knowing it’s faulty an dangerous! What will it take to stop these del boys? They pass blame, blame you for their mistakes. How long before a car sold by them ends in a tradgedy?? AVOID THIS GARAGE! Spend your money with people who are reputable an reliable. One day soon trading standards will close them down!

Bought a Fiat 500 from here a few months ago. Easy process, paid a bit extra for a 4 year warranty for piece of mind and all in all it was at a good price. Have used the warranty to replace an alternator that packed up and was straight forward. I would recommend these guys, easy to deal with and down to earth.

Bought a car from here part ex'd ours and the outstanding finance was not paid off as agreed for a period of time where we had the finance company chasing us even after also paying them £13k in cash! immediately after buying the vehicle the car would stick in reverse or park and was stuck in the middle of the road! We finally got the car moved and recovered to the garage on a Sunday to be told the car would not be looked at for a few days as cars sold over the weekend took priority in their garage! They advised even though we had spend an extra substantial amount on warranty there would be no courtesy car! We had to hire a car for a week while all they did was charge the battery and give it us back! 5 days later same problem again... Took it back... to rude attitudes, like we were an incontinence...Was told not to ring again some one would call us but they never did! Directors and office staff were just rude and could not care less. Just advised " HIRE YOUR HIRE CAR FOR ANOTHER WEEK". So after spending all this money on a car that won t even drive and £ 750 on 3 weeks car hire and horrendous couldn't careless attitudes from all the staff, I would save your time, money and energy and buy from a reputable dealer and not some back street!!!

My daughter bought her car ladt October 2022. In April it went wrong. The accelerater was very faulty. We contacted Handler twice to help with the repair costs. We were turned down. I tried to send 2 emails to yhe after care. I attached the invoice from.a verified garage. NO RESPONSE TWICE. Still heard nothing. No customer service. The bill is £500.
