Andy was good to deal with and I'm pleased with the car. If I had to rate my experience as a whole, I'd go with 4/5.

So far I'm getting on okay with the Skoda – a bit of a mixed experience to begin at the moment. The rear brakes were very worn when I received the car, and there’s a wheel bearing that needs sorting. That said, communication has been decent. As soon as I raised the issues, I was asked to bring the car in for repairs, which I appreciated, so hopefully they will get sorted this weekend.

Happy with my Ford Edge so far, I've not come across any issues.

This was my second car from HKO and like before everything went well, especially because we knew what it expect from each other. I've only driven the Range Rover locally but so far its been good.

I’ve been driving my Fiat Punto to and from work with L plates on, and it’s doing absolutely fine. It’s a solid little car reliable and overall a great choice to learn in. The air conditioning was fixed recently, though I haven’t received a response yet to confirm if it’s covered under warranty. Low mileage is another big plus. All in all, it’s a good car that’s been serving me well so far.
