Collected my new sandero yesterday, from first telephone call to picking up the keys can only say what a joy to deal with a very friendly, professional service from Holden and Jake who kept us updated regularly with telephone, text and video calls. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car

Travelled from Lincoln to Norwich for the car I definitely wanted, and got a great deal. No pressure selling, relaxed atmosphere, friendly sales staff who genuinely care. My thanks to Ana, Jake and especially Ian for all they did to ensure my full satisfaction. Ian even delivered the car to my home - a 200 mile round trip.

Scott Pearson was very helpful right from the start. He provided all the details I needed about the vehicle and put things in motion immediately. He was friendly, polite and efficient, and reassuringly kept me informed during the delivery delay. I would certainly recommend Holden and Scott to anyone interested. I apologise for the delay in submitting this review but the car was just the first step in re-arranging my life to child mind my toddler grandson. This has involved re-arranging my house completely which has taken time and concentration and I overlooked the review - until I remembered it this week but couldn't find it in my "re-organised" study. Thank you for your patience.

Attempted to book a service online via Volvo Cars, selecting the Norwich Holden Group Volvo as the chosen dealer. Apparently that request never got through to the garage. Spent 4hrs trying to get hold of the service department on the phone, ended up having to provide all my details again and was told the date I chose wasn't available. I was assured I would get an email confirmation almost immediately, and a call within 24hrs to confirm the cost. Neither appeared, but I did get a text to confirm the date. I attempted to use the Holden Group website to contact the garage to complain, and now I've got a text message confirming the service on the original date via Volvo Cars, so now I'm apparently booked in twice, still with no idea of cost. Utterly useless.

HOLDEN GROUP REFUSED TO REPAIR SEAT AFTER I PURCHASED NEW CAR ,CLAIMED TO HAVE REPAIRED MIRROR. ONE YEAR LATER MIRROR FINALLY REPAIRED BUT REPEATEDLY REFUSED TO REPAIR SEAT EVEN AFTER I POINTED OUT THAT THE SEAT ON AN IDENTICAL MODEL DIDN'T HAVE THE FAULT . REALLY WISH I HAD NOT PAID £37000 FOR A CAR I CANT DRIVE LONG DISTANCES. I FEEL SORRY FOR SERVICE RECEPTION LADIES WHO HAVE TO PASS ON THE LIES.

Don't buy a new Dacia from the Holden Group ion Norwich if you want to get the car service your self . If you do have it service your self Holden Dacia have a clever way getting you to bringing it back to them they have a light that comes on in the dash board to say thay hadn't done the service . They charge you £35 to turn it off. They are the only people who can turn it off. I found the management very rude and they are outright lairs

Holden Group is not a good company at all. Brought a car from them and had nothing but problems

Unless you have a car under their warranty, avoid Holden Volvo Norwich. They ignore your advice for service and repair issues, unless you make a fuss and get a technician from the workshop to drive your car they will only brush you off and charge you for diagnostics. I am sure the techs are excellent, but they only do what the front of house tell them to do. Don't get me wrong, I was happy to pay the main dealer charges, but I expect main dealer knowledge and service. For context, I have been working on cars for 30+ years, and have an Engineering degree, yet they ignore what you ask them to do, and charge you to tell you what you told them. When you complain, they take your name off the Volvo mailing list. I am not being vindictive, but owners need to know.
