The golf is exactly what I was looking for! I was actually looking for quite a while as I wanted this specific type and colour but within a certain price budget. Most of the ones I found were over the budget until I found these guys. Which was an incredibly decent price! For what it was it was an incredibly decent price. When I saw it came up on Autotrader I reserved it and then went down a few days later. I fell in love with it! The customer service was perfect. they were very co operative with me and told me all the information I needed to know about the car. Richard and dan were both amazing, they went through and explained everything to me. I told them I would take some time to decide and then came back a few days later as I knew I couldn’t not have it, and I have no regrets.

Was looking for this particular Alfa Romeo online and came across Hollins Hill cars. They were really good at communicating, their replies were quick, and they answered all my calls. So, I decided to head down. Went to go and view it first and had my test drive. Asked them everything I needed to know to make a decision. Then went home, and returned a week later as I knew it was the one. I was genuinely in and out within 20 minutes. Just had to sign some things and take the car. When I got there, they had everything prepared for me so there was no waiting around. The paperwork was all ready for me, car was all prepped and clean awaiting my arrival. I would give them 5 stars, but I always must leave room for improvement.

Had the Toyota for my son and so far, so good. We took it on a test drive and the staff were incredibly easy to talk to and deal with. They were happy to help when we had an issue with the battery and sorted it out for us. And they made sure we didn’t walk away with any unanswered questions or queries.

Dealership were so good we ended up buying two cars! They were incredibly helpful and really accommodating. They had a great selection of cars. Very informative but didn’t have us waiting around or there for too long. Originally went just for the polo for me, but ended up buying the missus a car too!

The Mini Cooper is an absolute delight to drive. The customer service at the dealership was commendable. All questions or queries were addressed thoroughly, and the staff offered me a test drive. It was refreshing to encounter a purchase free from any pressure or aggressive sales tactics.

I love my new A Class; it is genuinely amazing. The service was brilliant. Everything was done in a timely manner, they answered any questions I had and talked me through everything. The whole thing was a 10/10 experience, they made everything easy for me, and the whole process from beginning to end was straightforward.

I would 100% recommend buying your car from them. Everything went perfectly and I am incredibly happy with everything. They did everything that I expected them to. The BMW is perfect!

Everything is going absolutely brilliant. The wife is loving it very much so, or at least I assume so, as she hasn’t been a bother. So, it clearly runs well. The team were also brilliant. The wife had a few questions, but they answered everything for her and made the whole process simple for us. No hassle and no pressure. Couldn’t be happier. Really easy purchase.

A friendly bunch who did what they needed to on their end. Offered me a test drive on the Ford Focus and decided I was taking it home with me. Can’t fault the car or the service. They answered any questions I had, so I was leaving the dealers with all the information I needed.
