Bought Dacia Duster spring '23 and seamless purchase and Richard answered any questions we had. Had issue with in cab electrics a few months later and they dealt with it no quibble and allowed us use of their courtesy car without charge. Its certainly a business we will use again.

Back in in June I was shopping around for a car. I came across a BMW 1 series and fell in love. However, I had a car on PCP which had damaged and wondered how on earth id get rid of it or how much money it would cost. Richard made it really simple.!! I was given a price for my current car and Richard did everything. There were no stress or drama and no worries about money with it being a PCP. 3 days later I drove away in my BMW hassle free. A week later I had a low pressure notification for my tyres. I put air in them but every 10 days the notification would come up, after 4/5 times of putting the air back in I phoned up to see if they could help as it was still under warranty. I turned up and within 20 mins it was all sorted, I had a slow puncture as there was a nail in it. Free of charge as it was still under warranty. I’d recommend anyone buying a car from Dan & Richard. Really good service and 100% look after the customers 😁

After looking at a car at a main dealer which was at best average it was a pleasure to buy from and deal with with Dan. All issues I had with the car before buying resolved without hesitation. Test drive, "of course, just bring it back in one piece" . So friendly and helpful that i forgot to haggle, though the price was good anyway. I am certain should any problems occur that the service will be just as good. Would buy from from this dealer again without hesitation.

Bought a lovely used Chevvy Spark from Hollins Hill Cars at Baildon just over 2 months ago, which came with a pretty comprehensive 3 month warranty. Richard was very warm, relaxed & very much not a "pushy salesman" type, that put me right off. The car recently developed a fault with gear selection, so I rang them up. They booked it straight in to investigate the issue & without quibble repaired it. I couldn't ask for more! Many thanks to Richard, Ben & all the team at HHC. All the best, John.

Great experience when buying Dan doesn't pressure you and allows you time to make your descision. Only had the car 3 months however and broken down twice. During one particular time on way to visit Santa with two young children the engine packed in. As it was stressful and had two very upset young children we called the RAC who towed me to the nearest garage to fix. As this was an extremley stressful situation it didn't occur to me to ring Hollins hill. I spoke to Hollins hill and as I hadn't used them they would only cover 40% of the cost even though the car was under warranty. I sadly think its a case of great service at point of sale but if something goes wong they will throw and quote every rule, regulation and excuse at you not to pay the full amount. Overall good service to begin with and if nothing goes wrong they are great but even though I should of followed their rules you get no empathy or understanding of any situation if something goes wrong there is no care only business and what's best for them.
