Someone recommended Hollins Hill to me and I saw they had good reviews and had been around a long time. What stood out to me is that they were very friendly and weren't too salesy. All good with the Honda Civic.

I went to view the Peugeot 208 at Hollins Hill and they gave me the keys and let me take it for a drive. They were very relaxed about where I took it and how long I took it for. I did have a few issues getting the maps set up but Dan helped me and had it done in 2 minutes. It was a new vehicle to me and compared to my old car there was lots of bells and whistles so I went back and asked them to help me and they sorted everything for me readily. The only outstanding issue is the car only come with one key but they are pursuing to get another key for me. I would not be unhappy telling someone to go and look at the cars at Hollins Hill as all the vehicles are pretty good and well prepared.

I was specifically looking for the BMW 1 Series and Hollins Hill were selling the one I wanted. I looked online and saw their good reviews so decided to go ahead with it. The car has been great, no issues! They got the car sent straight back for a part that needed replacing which I was pleased about. I would definitely go back to them.

Hollins Hill is just down the road for me so I thought I would go and have a look. The process was quick and easy. The customer service was brilliant, I specifically dealt with Dan who was good. The Ford Fiesta can't be better.

We dealt with Dan at Hollins Hill and he was really helpful and not pushy. He let us just get on with having a look at the car and take it for a test drive. What stood out is the fact they were friendly and accommodating with us. I have been back in due to an issue with the tyre and they said to keep and eye and bring it back if it's still an issue so as far as I am concerned they have done everything they have needed to. I've brought from them before and found them really good so decided to go back.

Just bought my third car in 15 years from this Baildon car garage and all they've all been brilliant. They make the whole process stress free, have a great range of stock, LISTEN to what you want then do their utmost to provide it. This is how customer service and honesty should be, They are so confident in what they sell that they give a warranty,

All good with Audi A1 from Hollins Hill, they are only round the corner so it’s convenient for me and between the four of us my family have bought 8 cars from them, they just look after you. I wasn’t looking for a car this time, we went down for a car for my mum but I ended up buying one and she didn’t. I can’t remember the name of the salesperson we dealt with this time but they are all really helpful.

I saw the Nissan Juke at Hollins Hill when driving past on my way to Tai chi, and thought I want that car, then on the way back I went in and said I’ll have it. I dealt with Richard with the curly hair, he was absolutely brilliant! I had my doubts on whether it would fit in my garage, but he came and reversed it in for me. Having learnt to drive many years ago when you double the clutch I hadn’t driven an automatic before so he said lets go for a drive, it was fantastic he really went above and beyond!

I'd recommend hollies Hill cars to anyone .Great service. From start to finish .can't fault them. This is my second car I have bought from hollins Hill. And staff were very competent. Great customer service. Extremely efficient .

Dan has such a good reputation in the communication and when I bought my Fiat 500 which I absolutely love, he was lovely as always. There was a issue with the car after about a week and i took it back and he got this fixed for me straight away with no problems. He deserves a well done and I would go back to Hollins hill but only if Dan is the one who's helping me as he is the best!
