Terrible service from The Hughes Group. Absolutely not Mercedes level. Went there to do the MOT and service. Waited extra 40 mins for the car wash they offered and got the unwashed car back. Timewaster.

Was due to buy a used car, several delays due to car needing work done that they had missed and mot which had not been carried out. 2 days before I was due to collect they emailed to say that they had lost the log book so car could not be collected for another 2 weeks. Cancelled the order and bought same model from a dealer who knew what they were doing.
Despite contacting this company several times regarding a car they have for sale, I am still waiting for a reply. I wouldn't buy a car from this company if they paid me to take it away. Very rude people.
It's couldn't have been an easier or more enjoyable process. We are very happy with our new jeep, We are on our 2nd jeep, because they are so much car for the money. Ryan & the team were a brilliant help & everything was organise very quickly. Mr & Mrs Webb
The all round service from Hughes Group was excellent, I didn't get what I was expecting on my part exchange but they did manage to come down off the sticker price enough to make the sale mutually beneficial. I'm enjoying my new jeep and it fits my requirements perfectly.
Initial problem with Hughes Jeep. Update and long story short. Rang Chrysler/Jeep UK and they rang the garage. Manager got back to me. He couldn`t have been more fair to be truthful. He said he would take the car back no quibble and cash back or repair it. Rather than drive 500 miles south I suggested he send the parts for the repair and I sort out the labour. The parts are the guaranteed and expensive items needed to get my car tip top. This will be posted to me at no cost. That as well as a spare key remote and has upgraded the the warranty to a Jeep Approved one. The manager Raj was professional polite and helpful.
