Upon arriving at Lexus you get a wonderful lady called Julie on reception who understands customer service and greets you will a wonderful smile and offer of a drink. A great employee at front of house well done Julie

We visited Lexus Hull and was extremely impressed with this dealership. Julie the host was most attentive and extremely welcoming. However, We were extremely alarmed by one girl (Chloe) whos dress sense we did find inappropriate for the showroom and work place. we wondered why management allowed this dress code in the showroom. And Tattoos should not be seen.

We visited this dealership and cannot fault Lexus Hull. From the moment we walked in, meeting Julie, sharing a coffee and viewing the range of secondhand vehicles on offer, 5 star hospitality. Thankyou.

Beats Mercedes any day. I popped into Mercedes Friday, the reception staff were miserable and not helpful. Such a difference walking into Lexus. I was greeted with smile and a coffee by the lady host. So much more professional than Mercedes. The smile, the coffee, the biscuits make a difference. Well done to the Lexus Host. Other dealerships should visit here to see how it's done.

I popped into this dealership to view a car I was looking to buy on dealer auction. I was made to feel most welcome by Julie who served me coffee and chatted to me while I waited. The staff seemed to go above and beyond. I'm disappointed I didn't get the car, hopefully next time I will be lucky. Look forward to visiting this dealership again.
