I bought a Fiat 500 from here back in August. The car wasn't exactly as described when it came to the overall condition of the car and I have had to take it back for repairs 3 times. They have resolved the issues but I should have been told about them so I could get them fixed there and then as I do not live locally to the dealership. However, he car was clean and a good price.

We do have courtesy cars available for customers to use, or we can carry out repairs whilst you wait. All of our cars have photographs on the website, as we realise that lots of our customer's travel to visit us, so we like customer's to have a good idea of the vehicle condition beforehand. Glad that the car was clean and a good price!

Hyams Autos is a very friendly Garage. After finding the car on auto trader, we were able to view it on the Sunday. After taking the car for a test drive , we decided to purchase the vehicle and were offered a mot and a service within the price. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and felt very satisfied with the aftersales care being offered a 3 month warranty thank you.

I must say my dealings with all the staff at Hyams was excellent. Most of my time spent with the sales manager who was very helpful and patient with me throughout. Nothing was too much trouble in helping me I must say I would have no hesitation in recommending Hyams Autos to anyone. Many thanks to all of the staff.

Don't waste your time and money with Hyams Autos. The older sales person is arrogant and rude, the car I went to look at was in poor condition and not as expected from the advert. Totally unprofessional service, couldn't provide basic information about car, needs to get into the 20th century, totally unaware of up to date procedures. Not to be trusted and definitely NOT got the feel of a family run business. I had a lucky escape by the salesman pulling out of the deal after i had paid a deposit. I smell a rat somewhere at Hyams Autos. Just feel the need to warn others,I am a professional and consider myself to be reasonable, but I have never experienced service like this before when buying a car (or anything else for that matter).

We are a family run business, and started trading in 1977, so we have a long and proven history within the Motor Trade Industry. with lots of customers who travel long distances to come and buy our competitively priced cars.
Excellent Service and customer care. I recently bought a used Honda civic from Hyams Autos. After a few days , I realized there was a fault with the air conditioning .I was very impressed by their determination to sort the problem out . Eventually , they took the vehicle into the workshop for 2 days and lent me a courtesy car and and replaced the complete air con system. Everything was covered by their 3 month warranty.Special thanks to Chris (Service Manger) for his friendly manner and technical expertise.

A few days after getting the car home I pressed the horn and it didn't work... It took 5 trips to Malmesbury and 8 weeks for the garage to finally fix the horn, at one point they had my car for a week and then phoned me up to tell me the car was ready for collection but it isn't fixed yet because they are waiting on a part... complete waste of my time and petrol, I quickly got the impression that they were dragging their heels so the warranty would expire before I noticed any other faults with the car.. In summary, I wouldn't reccommend Hyams Autos to my worst enemy.
