I traveled from Peterborough to look at a car at Hyde and bought it. Cost £2440 On the way home an engine light came on. Hyde told me to take it on home and get it sorted in Peterborough. I spent the next two weeks trying to get Hyde the best deal in Peterborough so they did hot have to pay too much. I paid out for new tyres, which they agreed by phone to pay for. I paid for a diagnostic that they told me to get for them. Eventually I decided to return the car to Hyde. They agreed and said they would get it fixed. Then I found more problems and when I returned it (inside 30 days) I decided I wanted a refund. THE LAW SAYS THAT IF YOU WANT A REFUND INSIDE 30 DAYS BECAUSE THE VEHICLE IS FAULTY, YOU SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND. They decided to only refund me £2350 and nothing for the tyres and diagnostic. I was out AT LEAST £150. They said it was because I had agreed to let them fix the car. They had to do that for the next person that bought it anyway! And they say they don't care about bad reviews online. I hope people see this and make their own mind up.

Brilliant car dealer . The Best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No pressure , really caring company from all the team . Their aftercare is absolutely second to none. 1st class. Very rare these days, usually once they have your money they don't really care. This company NOT like that at all they do care . I would Highly recommend this company to anyone & everyone . Made sure I as 100% happy from start to finish. I was 110% happy & will be going back for my next car in the future !

We drove from Derbyshire to see a Hyundai coupe. We was given the key and left to take as long as we wanted. So no pressure. After a test drive the car needed work. But we got a ok deal for the trade in. But when we rang two days later my wife left a jacket in our old car. It was sent the next day. This was something not all company's would of been bothered to do. All in all not a bad experience no.pressure sales, just take your time and talk to the guy. Polite and friendly. Ask for a tea.

I saw a Skoda Fabia vRS for sale on here for £2495. I paid a small deposit so they would save it for me having looked at the six pictures. The car looked very good and the description sounded great. when I arrived I was given the key and went to look at the car (on my own!!!). The car was covered in scratches, the wheels were a disgrace. One tyre was both bald AND flat. The boot wouldn't open, the upholstery was tatty and the footwells were filthy... There was even a woman's earring on the passenger seat! Already I knew I wasn't going to buy but decided to start the car... The engine sounded like an old transit van!! The worst possible experience!
