Having been messed around and generally ignored by a couple of main dealers, it was so refreshing to find ICE Motors. The car is lovely and the transaction was quick and easy. Ian spent ages showing me how everything worked and couldn't have been more patient with my endless questions! We did have a problem with the suspension just 3 days after picking it up but we took it to a local place and ICE settle the invoice direct. Overall very happy with the service.

I have bought a Range Rover Sport from this family run business, the car was perfect and exported it to Namibia. The vehicle was bought under VAT qualification scheme, and this company did facilitate process. I will definitely do business with them.

AVOID! Do not deal wit this company and with this women who I came across across at I.C.E Motors. I bought a car from her. She didn't resolve an issue with my car and she stopped answering my calls. I paid for the repair from my own pocket. Awful saleswoman and car dealership.

We have now bought 3 cars from ICE and each time the service has been great. We have gone back because the first time there was a problem with the car and they handled it really well and the problem was solved with no fuss. We have part exchanged each time to upgrade. Great service and nice people!

I bought my car from ICE in November and am delighted. The lady was knowledgeable and didn't make me feel a fool like some of the main dealers I had visited. The car is just what I wanted.

Arranged to view a car with this company, but due to their attitude and the state of the vehicle we walked away. We thought that, in our opinion, the woman who showed us the car was very arrogant and short towards us when we asked questions about the car. We felt like we were taking up her time, she seemed to spend half the time shouting at a dog that growled at my husband.The car stank of damp and chemicals, had faded/ damaged paint and was covered in scratches. This and the you either want it or you don't attitude made us beat a swift retreat. We found a nicer car cheaper elsewhere.

I was sold a car that turned out to be not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. The car was rejected under the sale of goods act after an independent inspection was carried out. The dealer was very unhelpful in my opinion and unwilling to put me back in my original position. Fortunately the finance company stepped in and took ownership of the problem. I would never deal with this company again!
