They sell cars they know are faulty but don't say anyone then refuse refunds on there faulty cars

Would give -10 if I could. Absolutely ridiculous that this garage is still able to operate. They will seriously kill someone. Sold me a car that was a Cat S! A write off! And didnt disclose this in the advert, or upon sale! Have been nothing but rude & refuse a refund, despite the fact they have illegally sold a car. They really dont have a leg to stand on, I am in the process of going through the court. Stay really far away from this company, they are selling cars that aren't even road worthy. They are going to have blood on their hands if they are able to still trade any longer!

Absolutely horrendous, where do I start. Brought a citroën c4 grand picasso 3 months ago from idrive . Stated as nothing wrong with it. Same advert as all other cars they have. Only did i notice the following day after we took for test drive I noticed that the passenger side seatbelt was completely slack didn't wide back in and the cheeky salesman would have sat in that while knowing it didn't work and didn't say nothing about and I spoke of how I'm trying to buy something a bit safer as I have my 5 children in the car often. I rang about this and told to contact the warranty company and they would call me back and never did. The warranty doesn't cover so decided to attempt to fix myself only to find it had been unplugged from the electrics and tape over it hide.when plugged in came up with airbag fault. What they was quite obvious trying to hide. Also car was sold with new clutch flywheel ect, what has failed again after 3 months, either parts failure or not repaired correctly as advised by another mechanic and will likely happen again as something else is causing it that was not repaired. Not sure of the name of it. And all on top of this. Had a check done on the vehicle and has flagged up as a CAT S write off. What was never stated to me nor mentioned of the advert and by law that must disclose this. What is also why I've had no luck with them sending me the v5 in my name. Delayin to hide the true status of the car. At the moment they are not offering a refund or replacement, they are offering to fix the car what i will absolutely reject after . After all the lies and deceit and how they have delt with this, can't trust be trusted in the slightest, of course trying every trick in the book, they will definitely sell you the 3month warranty and tell you its nothing to with them now at point of sale and any problems you ring the warranty company what protects them for them 3 months being liable to pay you the full refund. You'll go round in circles with them on the phone of course also. I'm getting help from citizens advice and trading standards that they are definitely in breach of law selling a vehicle with the CAT S status. I have informed them of all the evidence I have found and the couldn't care less . PLEASE AVOID THIS GARAGE WILL COST YOU ALOT OF MONEY AND TIME. PLEASE CHECK OTHER REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND AUTO TRADER AND PLEASE BUY YOUR CAR FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE

So we tested the car in the morning. We had a couple of other's to look at. After looking at all the cars we decided on there focus. I rang them from Bedford to say I would be an hour and that we were buying the car. In that hour they sold it to someone else. I felt this was a massive lack of professionalism and honesty.

Was scammed out of my car as part exchange to be told £300 scrap needs a new gear box then after sale was made 4 days later my £300 scrap car was for sale for £2.5k the 4000 pound car I brought had issues 1 day later…. They lied and refuse refund and my old car back they promised would fix it in fact the garage they used is there’s and they made it worse and infact unplugged cables from the BSI unit and as soon as I took it to a different garage they ran diagnosed it with over 23 faults and they plus the cables back in for the dash board to light up like a Christmas tree with engine fault, all they wanted to do was fob it off on the warranty it came with. That ain’t worth the paper it’s written on. The service they promised it has was just a signed name in the book and legal ain’t worth nothing as no stamps. Refusing to give legal details promised again to fix to stay away from the courts but as soon as he was told over £1000 work and two days job he don’t want to fix it now and called say the garage don’t want to do it because I threatened the guys in there. Again lies and after calling the garage he confirmed this was never said he was making it up as he was told the work couldn’t be done till 10th jan due to being so busy and Xmas. Now still fighting to get money back and the death trap shown. Trading standards have been contacted and all photo evidence in tack including the black duck tape on the window that they fixed….. the MOT is a fake and would never pass a real MOT due to faults with the dipped beam lights ect. It’s just lies after lies and now trying to avoid the problem by ignoring the texts and calls

I recently brought a motor vehicle from here which has been relisted (Vauxhall Astra BL12 ZXF) , id strongly suggest avoid this garage , id give it zero stars if I could. I was messed around for so long , it failed its mot but was still driven 90 miles. They never fixed any of the issues stated they would fix , the car was dirty , while a curtsey car was given and they took the car to apparently fix the issue , which the never did , I returned it as a few days later check engine light came on , they was very intimidating , tried snatching the keys back , refund took longer than it should of. Id avoid here , I should of listened to the previous reviews as they was right.
