I saw their advert for a car and paid them a huge deposit and a delivery fee and I was promised delivery in 48 hours but I have been fed lies for weeks now about it’s delivery and now they are saying I can’t have my deposit back because I didn’t collect the car within 7 days of paying my deposit, my wife and I are so upset, this is our hard earned money and they just took it. They don’t answer their phone, they failed to respond to our emails and messages, they are crooks and should be closed down. AVOID these crooks at all costs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE CRIMINALS

Got 3 cars from the Ideal Motor Company, will not go anywhere else friendly staff jimmy was a pleasure to deal with
Purchased a Vauxhall Antara from the Ideal Motor Company need 4 wheel drive car for towing caravan. Took car for test run seemed ok ,So decide it would be ok so sign for it then found out Antara's have diabolical reviews .phone garage to try to get out of the contract but salesman reluctant said car he would pay half of warranty should have realised the something was wrong with car. But they said cars are fine sold many of them.so took delivery of car ,I don't need car for work so didn't drive it much .then noticed coolant down filled it but did not drive car for 3 week checked coolant before driving down again booked car into garage had to wait as they were very busy,When car went in they called for me to come in to see the car with the front bumper and grill off could see the headlight bracket on o/s broken damage to radiator damage ro intercooler could see the over spray damage to air conditioner and damage to the bumper brackets .went garage to complain salesman very offhanded said should have brought car back told him hardly drove car so took time to notice faults .aske if he would take car back got sneering no .warranty company did pay for new radiator £600.loss of 2 decided to get rid of car took it to Evan Halshaw who put car up on ramp .found oil leak at back of engine and would need engine out over 2 days to repair at very high expense. the car was suppose to have been service before I took it these faults would have been noticed during this time .Took car to webuycar,com sold at a loss 'of £2700 you have been warned be very careful buying from the and don't buy Antara TERRY KENNEDY

Hi thanks for the review sometimes used cars may have had cosmetic repairs due to age. We are always happy to help in the event of a problem and if you had of contact the warranty company they would have also acted to put things right,however selling a vehicle after 4 months of owning it, to a company who's main aim is to make massive profits will always leave you out of pocket,
Ideal Motor Company were really good, would go there again.

Picked up my fiesta zetec s today from the Ideal Motor Company, all cleaned and ready to go as promised really happy with it would defiantly have a look here for my next car decent blokes really easy to get along with and not once did they try the hard sales man like some garages do they let you look at your own leisure thanks again love my new car.
The car was just as description nice clean and the staff at the Ideal Motor Company were very friendly.
Very good experience with Ideal Motor Company. I purchased a Renault Laguna back in August. The car was clean and just as described! Looked like a brand new car and I have had no issues with it at all. I would definitely recommend.

Really lovely car from Ideal Motor Company. I purchased a Vauxhall Zafira from here back in July and I have had no issues with it at all up to now. It was very nicely cleaned and matches it's online description. The dealers were really helpful and friendly and I would recommend them
