I brought a Mini coupe from this dealer and have had nothing but many problems and issues with it. Each time I complain the seller (Adam) fobs me off with another excuse and does not carry out his promses to fix and repaire the car. It has cost me over £530 to sort out these problems in total and all I am told is that none of these are covered by warranty. This has ben a very bad experience and I wish I had never brought this car and would never buy from this seller again.

We purchased a lovely Nissan Juke from Ilford Car Exchange and were very impressed by the great service. They got a new MOT and did a service before delivering it to us and the whole process took just 2 days. Would highly recommend

Bought car for daughter on 09 Sep - supplied by dealer with new MOT, carried out the same day (09 Sep) at 25548 LONDON AUTO CENTRE LIMITED. Daughter noticed slight rattling/clunking noise when driving, so booked car in for health check at Nissan main dealer - they reported cracked NSF lower suspension arm, with damaged ball joint - an automatic MOT failure. Nissan also confirmed the failed parts were in a condition that would definitely have pre-dated the MOT test. Called seller - immediately defensive, saying we should not have gone to Nissan for check. Became aggressive and confrontational when challenged and hung up. Called seller back and was told to 'put it in writing'. Unexpected £300+ bill for daughter, which the basic warranty supplied by seller with the vehicle apparently - but predictably - will also not cover. Caveat emptor in any dealings with Ilford Car Exchange.

I bought a Honda Civic from Ilford car exchange this morning through Adam. Not only was the car immaculate with a ridiculously good full service history (every single receipt from Honda) Adam is an absolute gentleman. I was welcomed into his family home and made to feel very relaxed, at no point did he try and sell me the car he just provided me with all documentation and let me read through it on my own. His courtesy did not stop there, Adam delivered my car to my home only 4 hours after viewing with no extra change. I'd recommend Ilford motor exchange to anyone, the service provided is many levels above what I've previously experienced on many car purchases.

I have had no problems at all buying my car from Ilford car Exchange. I bought a Honda Civic last year and I am very happy with it. I bought a Mazda 3 from Ilford a few weeks ago and had a fantastic experience in every respect. Adam was very responsive and went out of his way to be helpful. The car is great and the price was very reasonable. I arranged an RAC inspection for peace of mind and he facilitated this very efficiently. Delivery to my home address was a big plus as well.
In May I purchased a Honda Civic from here. The sales team were really good and the car is great, there were a few little things but nothing major. I am happy with the car and Adam is a really nice guy, he was a big help. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car.
