The service I received at Imperial Car Supermarket was quick which is great. The BMW is working well touch wood and the car was very clean when I picked it up! I don't think I got an amazing price for my PX but I would still recommend them!

Overall the service was good at Imperial Car Supermarket can't say I have any complaints there. However a pretty dangerous issue did come up with the car that I will need ti pay to get fixed myself! I would recommend them but I'm just warning future customers to be cautious!

In September, I bought a Mercedes Benz from Imperial Car Supermarket. The car was in excellent condition and had been nicely cleaned. It was a fantastic price and up to now I have had no issues with it what so ever. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I purchased a BMW a few months back from Imperial Car Supermarket. The car was clean and in good condition and I have had had no major issues other than a a bit of a creaky clutch. The dealership were very unorganised there were some complications so I wouldn't recommend them based on that unfortunately.

Quite simply: a thousand character limit on this site does not give me enough words to express how very, very disappointed I am with the level of customer service provided by this company at both the Fleet and Southampton branches. I attempted to buy a Mazda 6 from the fleet branch and, having noticed a noise from the steering system, insisted that the noise be investigated and resolved. After many trips and false promises, the company found out that the steering rack needed to be replaced at a cost of over £2000. A trip to the Southampton site and purchase of a Ford Mondeo ended in me withdrawing from the sale as they did not repair the stone chips on the front of the car as promised. If you are happy with a company that has a fast turnover with narrow margins then this is the company for you. However if you want a company that delivers what it promises then look elsewhere. I was £128 out of pocket after my experience: my advice here is simple. Stay away.
