Second time I've been to ink motor company for a car both times very friendly and really helpfull with no pressure to buy they bend over backwards to help.

I bought a 62-plate Volvo XC60 on 20 June 2025. Purchase was agreed based on Ink Motors promise to repair 2 identified faults post sale - faulty rear passenger side window and faulty sun roof. 2 days after purchase I realised that the rear passenger door is also faulty I.e. door still opens despite locking vehicle. This was reported to Ink Motors who said they were aware of the problem but this was never mentioned at the point of sale. I’m now left waiting for Ink to find a garage that will repair the 3 faults but who only charge £70 per hour labour to meet warranty limits. If Ink have promised to carry out the 3 repairs, why does this have to be carried out via warranty? Surely Ink should cover the cost themselves? Last message was a garage had been found to have a look at the sun roof but there is a waiting list. It feels that as the sale has gone through, Ink are not interested in resolving the ongoing issue.

We are neighbours to INK Motor Company and traded a Jaguar XF for a Ford Kuga earlier in July, Joe made it a really great experience and he is good to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

We had been searching for this specific model and specification for around five months. All our hopes and expectations were met when we found this Volvo V40 at INK Motor Company. Joe was great to deal with throughout the process. However, there were a few issues — the car wasn't serviced, and no CO₂ check had been completed. This brought the overall score down for us, but we were very happy with Joe the salesman.

Joe was absolutely brilliant when we bought my wife’s Ford Kuga last week. He was really helpful, got everything sorted quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The wife’s over the moon with the car and Joe definitely deserves five stars for service. We’d happily return and recommend.

I’m not local to the dealership but I spotted the car on Auto Trader and absolutely love it! Joe at Ink Motor Company was brilliant and the home delivery service was really helpful...especially living so far away! The car could’ve been cleaner inside on arrival which was a bit disappointing, but after a professional valet it’s perfect. Everything else about my experience was good and it's not put me off using them again, so I'm scoring a respectable four out of five.

I’ve had the Insignia for about 10 days now and so far, so good — it’s a great car with no complaints. Joe at Ink was friendly and easy to deal with so I really can’t fault him either,

I highly recommend INK Motors after buying a used car there June 25. We were able to look around the car with no pressure or distractions. We then took it for a test drive before going back to pay the deposit. When we went back to collect the car everything was as agreed and they completed the DVLA paperwork for us to be able to tax the car immediately. No fuss or faff, just an honest sale of a good car. Loving my Gizmo the Nizmo!
