The way that you’re treated as a new buyer is indicative of how you will be treated as an owner. In this regard Phillip Liu has been immensely helpful and has presented an outstanding ‘face’ to customers - in this case my wife and I. Since the date he’d sold the car to us, deal sealed, he has done his utmost to support us. I appreciate those efforts and find his determined attention impressive. I would certainly recommend Mr Liu to any friends interested in a Lexus. And I’m confident of continued support, should it prove necessary. The car? The RX450h+ is a dream.

So much to be impressed by, the service provided by our sales executive (Phillip Liu) has been absolutely outstanding. He certainly helped my wife and I to be entirely comfortable with our purchase. Unfortunately he was on holiday when the vehicle arrived in Ipswich and the handover could have been better. Maybe I’m getting old and was slow in understanding what I didn’t know. The handover is important and I had exceptionally high expectations of Lexus service. The car appeared pristine and is a delight to drive, although I’m missing some understanding of key functionality. Immediately upon his return from holiday, Phillip telephoned me to follow up on how things were going. I appreciate that. I’m delighted, and relieved, that Phillip is going the extra mile by personally going through functionality by meeting up and helping me fill my gaps in knowledge.

Our 1st new Lexus was from Ipswich 4 years ago, did a P/x for the latest model, Anthony took us through the process and we placed our order. In the mean-while Anthony kept us updated, and yesterday we collected our dream car. Quite a bit of paperwork as with any new car, but you would think from both Anthony and Luke you were their only customers, the time and patience they had, especially with me when going through the tech stuff, and all done with smiles, nothing was too much trouble. Collected my new UX yesterday with no problems experienced through the whole process. All the staff were considerate and helpful and Anthony, who dealt with the sale personally, managed everything with a professional ease and competence which ensured the whole process, from initial order to final delivery and collection, went smoothly.
