I recently reserved a Range Rover Sport through the Car Firm website and went down to view it over the weekend. I have to say, the whole experience was really positive from the moment I arrived. The guys were very welcoming, friendly and easy to deal with. They clearly know their Land Rovers and Range Rovers very well, and were able to answer all of the questions I had without making me feel like I was asking too much. They also took the time to explain the differences between the different models and engines, which was really useful as there are so many different options with these cars. What I liked most was that there was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales approach. I was given the time to look around the car properly, ask questions, have a good think about what I wanted and make my own decision. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, which made the experience much more enjoyable than some of the other dealerships I’ve visited in the past. After looking at the car and discussing the different options, I ended up going for the P400e hybrid model. The car is absolutely amazing and I’m genuinely very happy with my purchase. It was exactly the type of Range Rover Sport I was looking for and I felt confident in the decision I was making because of the time the team took to explain everything properly. From the initial enquiry and reservation through to viewing the vehicle and buying it, the service was excellent. It’s clear they have a lot of experience with these vehicles and actually know what they are talking about, which gives you a lot more confidence when buying a car like this. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend Car Firm to anyone looking for a Range Rover or Land Rover. Friendly people, great knowledge, no pressure and a really good selection of cars. Very happy with the car and the service I received.

i was trying to decide between car finance and bank loan. i found the right car at car firm and when i was speaking to them we went through some finance packages and after doing the application i got accepted with much lower rate than what the bank was offering. the car is great, monthly payments exactly what i need it to be. im very happy with everything and would highly recommend contacting them if youre looking for finance

they have a really easy reservation system on their website which i used to hold a car. i called them the next day and said i will be travelling from ireland and want to make sure everything was good with the car. they sent me additional photos and videos of the car as well as doing a live video call to show me the car. answered all my questions and went through all of its service history too. I couldn't have asked for a better service and reassurance.
