If you don't like visiting garages like my wife, let me tell you, the staff at J & M Specialist cars are amazing. From finding our perfect car with the help of James and his team, everything went better than expected. We all have a view of what a car sales man is like. The team here re-wrote the book, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and nothing was to much for them. From the price we got on our part exchange to the whole sale process they have been unbelievable. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to come here and find out for yourself. I did read the previous reviews and the only thing I can say is that from start to finish James and his team have been fantastic. Well done. They are operating a covid secure site and can deliver directly to your door.

Doug was really helpful, and talked me through a lot of things re a truck I was looking at. Due to our finance company not approving the loan, Doug still went out of his way to help me. Highly professional in my dealings with him. He was honest and forthright. If I ever need a truck/SUV in the future I will check with him first.

I cannot thank james and the team at J & M specialist cars enough! unfortunately the rear spring failed 1 week before I was due to start employement training with the ambulance service to assist with the covid-19 pandemic. The lads said they would fix it no problem. after dropping the car off they realised the other side was also broken and the guy's also repaired that free of charge! thank you so much. This will be the second car iv bought here and i would highly recommend, very friendly reliable service that go above and beyond. PLEASE AVOID J & M Specialist Cars. Problem after problem lack of knowledge and customer care to fix problem always pass the blame get told one thing then told another cowboys after a quick quid.
