James sold me an A3 cabrio for my daughter. I travelled from Surrey to Leicester to view it as it was exactly the car I was after. James is a car enthusiast and we chatted about cars for a bit before I even looked at the car. It was very good but had a few minor issues. We agreed on a price on condition the issues would be sorted before sale. James was true to his word and my daughter loves the car. James collected her from the station when she collected the car. An honest, very pleasant guy who I would definitely buy a car from again. Recommended.

Liaised with James about purchasing a very nice Audi A4 cabrio, upfront and honest all the way, being a fair distance away I asked for a walk round video of the vehicle of which he duly obliged, car looked great so trained up from Portsmouth of which James picked me up, saw the car and was absolutely as described so a done deal! Thanks James for everything, the whole experience was fuss free and easy, if you’re looking for a quality used car then look no further!

Twice I have bought from James and on both occasions he has gone above and beyond to provide a first class service!. I have purchased two 3ltr a4 avants one of which is still going faulty free after 3 years of ownership after purchasing off James with the newest addition showing just as much potential for that level of reliability. James knowledge and customer service deserves recognition and I would defintiely buy from him again. Very good warranty offered on both occasions which I did take out.
