I bought an Audi A3 convertible . I made the purchase without seeing the car as I live a very long way from the dealer ship. James was brilliant from the very first point of contact. He kept me informed .He was very honest & was 100% reliable. I would say this purchase has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Also the car was even better in person . Im absolutely delighted. 😊

James was very friendly and helpful, went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable taking the 300 mile trip to see the car.
Ended up buying an Audi A3 cabriolet off of him and it is to a very high standard and a beautiful car to drive.
Would definitely recommend him

James was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of acquiring my new Audi A4. He was extremely accomodating from our initial conversation, numerous messages providing all the details I requested, meeting to view the car and delivery. Importantly, James always replied to messages quickly and courteously which was much appreciated, particuarly when dealing with someone a fair distance away. An accommodating dealer, but also a nice guy to deal with. I'd have no hesitation recommending to others.
