Was apprehensive at first reading some of their reviews. But to be honest these guys were very professional, we asked for some changes to the car and They fulfilled their promise. Excellent service at Jan Autos and they helped me to sort a affordable finance package.

My husband arranged to come buy a car from Jan Autos, and informed them when he was on his way, they told him the car was reserved for him. After a 3 hour train journey he arrived whilst they were selling it to someone else. No offer to help with the very expensive train journey home. Absolutely disgusted with them. Such poor customer service.

Spent almost £8000 on what I thought was a really good family car. Less than two weeks later the car broke down on the M1. They appeared to quickly try and rectify that problem only for the car to repeatly break down every few weeks. When we got the the car looked at by a a major car dealership it was found the car had huge complicated issues, that may have been due to it at some point being partially submerged in water. No garage wanted to carry out the repairs needed as it was so extensive and Jan Autos wouldn't take the car back. In the end we had to put in a consumer credit act claim to get our money back. The car had to be scrapped.

Was sold a car with a bald tyre, oil leak and badly damaged suspension arm. The dealer Contributed to the cost of some parts but made little effort to rectify the problems and I was told that as I got the vehicle for a trade price that no warranty applied. The vehicle hasn't even lasted me 1 year and had to get rid off it due to the amount of work that needs doing. Overall advice is to avoid this dealer at all costs
