Can’t give zero stars sadly! I purchased a Q5 from Tamworth 6 months old. First issue they forgot I was coming to collect it. Second issue they promised a full tank of petrol they forgot it. Third issue I was overcharged as they forgot to take off the deposit. After numerous calls and emails I got £500 of my money back after 1 month of hounding. Fourth issue I discovered some faults the boot liner was badly damaged I was told 4 weeks max for replacement… still waiting and no one has contacted me to say it’s arrived. 5th issue discovered the knee rest on drivers was broken and also a paint chip. Sent pics and asked them to sort. Spoke eventually to Dave who said it all could be done at the same time. After 3 months I have an oil leak which has stained the drive. Phoned and they said they would call me back same day. Nothing. Sent 5 emails in the evening. No response in the morning. Eventually got hold of Dale and clearly he wasn’t happy to hear from me. I said I’d like to make a formal complaint he said need to speak to Craig but said he won’t call you back in a hurry! I spent over an hour this morning on the phone being passed from one department to another. NEVER EVER buy from Audi! Particularly Tamworth. We were going to buy another one but forget it. Seems customer service is non existent. The best out of this was driver assist most helpful person I’d buy a car off him! Now we have a copy and paste answer!! I left a message for this guy to contact me and if you look the answers are all the same!!!!! I left my phone number today but you couldn’t be bothered as I’m not important obviously as Dale suggested. I think you should call me not me call you as I’ve tried it that way! I’m the customer.

I would like to thank Audi Tamworth for assisting us when we realised we had forgotten our power cable for our Audi E-Tron Q4. We struggled to find a compatible charger in the local vicinity, and when we approached the very helpful ladies on reception they guided us to Shannon who couldn't do enough for us. Top quality service.
Over 6 weeks ago we paid a £500 deposit to test drive a newly new Audi A4. We decided not to buy the car. We have now phoned 5 times about the deposit not being refunded. On 5 occasions we were told some one would get back to us. They haven't and neither has our money been returned. Appalling customer service. No stars given for quick resolution of issues.

I don't know where to start with this dealership. avoid this garage at all costs, I put a refundable £250 deposit down on a vehicle, decided not to buy, was told refund will be issued back within 5 working days, Not the case at all!! after various emails and phone calls even to the sales manager, been thrown from pillar to post promising it will be there that day, 2 weeks later and still nothing. now going through claims court to get my deposit back. ignoring Emails and not returning calls when requested, so unprofessional for an Audi garage, they are a disgrace to the Jardine group.
I would strongly encourage anyone thinking of buying from this dealership to re-consider. We have recently been sold a car that had issues known the dealership that were not disclosed to us during the sale. Having issues after buying a car is one thing but when you find out these problems were known to the sales team before selling you the car you feel exploited. There is a deceitful culture at this dealership. You will only be able to get hold of anyone when buying a car. Afterwards, your calls will not be returned and you will be ignored. We are now £25k down, our car has been stuck in the garage for weeks and we are unable to resolve as we cannot make contact with anyone at Audi Tamworth 😞 we are really upset about this (espcaially as this happened shortly after a traumatic car accident hence needing a new car) and we would hate for others to go through a similar experience when paying a significant amount of money for a car.

Dear Sir, and Madam, I have a serious complaint about my wife’s car and the terrible service from Tamworth Audi The car, and Audi was bought new from Tamworth Audi. On 22nd June the car went into Tamworth Audi because there was a serious knocking and vibration after hard breaking. The garage charges £140.00 to simply investigate and eventually said the issue was a loose mud-flap as well as some renewal break pads, which in total cost £571.00. The issue with the noise and vibration continued so on July 22nd the car went back for further investigation, and the garage said they could find no problems so was safe for us to go to France on her holiday. The issue continued when away and then we had a second opinion from a local friend who is a mechanic. He found that the drivers side shock absorber had zero oil and fluid in it and required replacing and the car was unsafe over long journeys. My wife rang the garage on Friday 12th August and was told the Service Manager would call her back. That did not happen. I rang five times from 1pm to 5.30pm on 15th August, told each time the Service Manager would call back. He did not until 6.10pm. It was the General Manager as he is deputising for the service manager. I explained the situation, for the fifth time, and he said he would ask the service department to investigate and would call my wife back the following morning. That did not happen, and as I sit here on the afternoon of the 17th August, after calling him again at 12noon today, we have heard nothing. The service is disgraceful and falls so well short of a brand which is so much about quality. Audi Tamworth should be ashamed. Chris and Julie Wood

From frontline advisors to management the branch is an absolute joke. Nobody knows what they are talking about. They do not get back to you. If you also look at all of the trust pilot reviews you will see that only there sales is good which is not much of a shock. Avoid this branch at all costs! Unprofessional, rude staff.
Very unprofessional and ignorant. I booked to review a car, got a confirmation email with time a date, turned up 16/07/22 to be told by a member of the sales team that we don't have an S5 for sale they are very rare! When I mentioned and showed the email I received a sorry to be fair and was told the car was sold after we booked your appointment. It take 24 hours to take the car off autotrader. Gave feedback via email. Nothing! And the car is still advertised for sale here. I had to drive 40 minutes to reach. What a waste of time and money.
I don’t know where to start with this dealership. You may want to grab yourself a cuppa as this will be a long one I have had a terrible time liaising with Neil Jarvis (service manager) who makes his secretaries do his dirty work for him as he doesn’t have the decency to face them himself I bought my used car recently and as soon as I bought It I get an email stating cambelt is due a change, paid for it and before you know a month later I get a light on the dashboard and car is shaking. Thankfully had roadside assistance and a kind gentleman known as ‘Steve’ inspected the car stating cambelt was not aligned and can have permanent damage to the engine. Anyway to cut the story short I was given a courtesy car for 48 hours while Tamworth has said they have sorted the issue I cannot be sure as they said in the start they fitted the cambelt correctly. And saying no future issues will occure. Anyway ever since I bought the car the clutch was slipping so while the car was there getting the cambelt sorted they checked the clutch and said I was liable for replacement £2000 worth of work! I told them it must be a faulty clutch as I’ve had cars in the past that have the original clutch and over 100k mileage and how can a clutch fail doing just 40k. While this dispute was taking place the company of the courtesy car that was given to me began to charge me daily of £80. Audi Tamworth kept stating they have extended the courtesy car and Enterprise had no recollection on their system, at the end of it I was over drawn and dreading how I had to return car or declare myself bankrupt . To cut the story short Audi Tamworth have literally lied thoroughly their teeth for the past 3 weeks causing me so much distress and in the end even though Audi Headquarters liaised with them they still refuse to sort out the clutch on the car which is warranted. Customer service is absolutely appalling, no one returns your call, I was literally on the phone from month to afternoon for the past two weeks Please stay away from this dodgy dealership as they will rip you off and sell you dodgy cars and then refuse to sort out the problem😡
