My wife and I came in to see Audi A4 for sale at Tamworth Audi in march 2018. We put deposit of 500.but we got better option from other place cheap and best.so we requested Mike to refund our 500.we been told we booked car so we ll b charged for service and other bit and bobs. Which i blv is not right but still it will not b all together 500 pounds. From March till August we never received a penny back.
Excellent service from Parv Sagoo at Tamworth Audi. Initially I had not been too interested in purchasing an Audi, I only wanted to visit to compare prices based on a quote I had with another dealership. As soon as I sat down with Parv, he asked me all of the right questions without being too personal. The information he gave me was quick, informative and I immediately put my confidence in him to find me a car. His professionalism was second to none. As a female looking for a car on my own, salesmen can be intimidating. Parv was accommodating, kind, and genuinely interested in my lifestyle to ensure I was picking the right car. I was in Parvs company for two hours, and left purchasing an Audi. I had been hoping to meet somebody like Parv to put my confidence in and i'm so glad that I did. Credit where credit is due, what a wonderful man with excellent customer service!!

We were interested in a particular TT and on Thursday made an appointment for a test drive two days later. Arrived promptly at the agreed time and the car was ready and waiting. We were told however that we had to supply NI numbers before being allowed to drive it. How many of us carry those around in our heads! The salesman then said he thought that the car may be being sold to another customer who had just walked in 'on spec'. He went off to check with a colleague and on return confirmed that it was no longer available. On expressing our annoyance about this situation he said we had the option on Thursday of placing a retaining deposit on the car to secure it till our arrival. We then left, drove to Solihull and within a couple of hours of brilliant service become the proud owners of a different TT. My point here is not that the Tamworth outfit was really bad; it just wasn't very good. You would think in these circumstances the people who came in just before us would have been advised that another customer had an appointment and, as a matter of courtesy, would be given first option. Having to pay up front to guarantee good manners left us feeling pretty negative about them. Wouldn't go back to Tamworth Audi!

Great experience very friendly and helpful staff especially Kieran carter would definitely recommend to people had my grandchildren with me and they even looked after them as they did us grandson especially liked the biscuits.
I visited Tamworth Audi with the view of exchanging my 2014 A6 for a Q5 I dealt with Rick Foster who answered all of my questions honestly and promptly. At the time the dealership didn't have the model of Q5 I was looking for but Rick was able to locate one and had it brought to Tamworth within a mater of a few days for me to look at. He kept me updated all the time and gave me callbacks when he promised. On viewing of the vehicle he had found for me I proceeded and completed the exchange. Throughout the whole procedure I was looked after well by all the staff at the dealership and would recommend it to anyone.
Unhelpful and rude. Had previously attended there to test drive an A3 and A1 by appointment, on arrival was told only A3 available to test drive despite being told over the phone the A1 was the more preferred vehicle. Decided not to purchase from them as overpriced and salesman attitude left alot to be desired! Purchased A1 from another dealer, had an issue with the stereo being disconnected and despite it saying in handbook that audi will give you the code free of charge on contacting tamworth they want you to book the car in and pay £30 for the code to be inputted! Disgusted with tamworth audi's service, contacted Audi uk to be told they do give the codes free however if the dealer is charging to input it that is their choice! Thanks Audi! Tried an Audi for a change but can honestly say will go back to a BMW in future!
Visited Audi Tamworth today at 12.00 waited 30 mins for a salesman to sell me a q3, left my contact details, 5 hours later I am still waiting, not as bad as Audi Wolverhampton who I visited at the beginning of December 2015 with a view to purchasing a A5 it's now the 11th February and still waiting on a call, I have however purchased A5 but the only dealer who would answer the phone was 135 miles away but excellent service, midlands dealers need to improve your service, still waiting on Tamworth and Wolverhampton to call
