I am sorry that you feel that your brother had a bad experience with us, this is certainly not how I want our customers to feel. However, I must point out the inaccuracy in your review as in our initial conversation I did explain that the deposit was refundable if he found the car to not be as described when he came to pick it up. I appreciate he had problems securing funding and was not able to complete the purchase but that does not entitle him to a refund, especially when I had taken the vehicle off sale and spent money getting it prepared for collection. The vehicle, like all our cars, is a lovely example and was as described and so I am afraid, there is no entitlement to a refund of the deposit in these circumstances. However, as a gesture of goodwill, I am happy to put the £200 towards another vehicle should your brother be able to resolve his financial issues.
