I can only talk about my personal experience. Dealt with Chris via email and WhatsApp and he was brilliant. Responded quickly and after hours. Sent me a video walk around and answered all questions. Delivered the bike (kawasaki vn900) on date agreed and free even though I live 120 miles from the shop. I would of liked a bit more money on the part ex deal, but that is always the way. I found this shop to be spot on and bike is fantastic and when I'm looking for the next bike, they will be on the list. Cant wait for the warmer weather so I can go visit.

Had a breakfast (more like a starter) and cuppa coffee £12! the portion was an absolute joke looked like a childs meal, Idve got more at weight watchers, this is supposed to be a bikers cafe it’s laughable, had to go to another cafe straight after for a proper big brekkie as I was still starving after Jem speed rations….the “proper brekkie” cost me £3.95 with coffee and it was way nicer, Jem speed are way out of touch I won’t be visiting again!

Bought a Harley Davidson 883 from here a couple of months ago. Their on-line reviews put me off a bit, as did the first salesman I spoke to who didn't seem that interested. However, a mate who lived near by went to view the bike for me and after I spoke to a different member of staff, I bought it. I'm very very happy with it so far, it's as described (if not better) and it seems an absolutely belting bike. The price was good too, though as a slight aside I'd say it was hard to nail a deal, but I got what I wanted and cannot complain. I would buy from them again quite happily and would recommend them.

Bike was in dreadful condition, being a Ducati they are crap to begin with. I would not trust this lot to empty an ashtray. no mechanical aptitude whatsoever. Very good at lying, cheating and ignoring you when you want to return a bike because it's not as described. Avoid like COVID.

Could not agree more, dreadful experience dealing with these people. If lying and cheating were a profession they would be outstanding. Avoid AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
Stay well clear, bikes that pass mot’s with numerous faults that would be a failure anywhere else. Bikes advertised as serviced upon purchase. Oil was as black as the ace of spades when servicing myself. Absolutely shocking from a bike dealer.
Had a budget of 12k was looking for a change of bike, contacted them through there Facebook page half way through conversation just blanked me strange company

AVOID !! RUSTED FUEL TANK, DELIVERER COVERED IN SILICONE ALL OVER TYRES REAR SPRINGS COMPLETELY ROTTEN, ENGINE WON'T RUN PROPERLY, 1 LITRE OF OIL OVERFILLED. NO RESPONSE OR WILLINGNESS TO REMEDY. ALL EMAILS IGNORED. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS AND DVSA.

All emails ignored bike still not sorted and they have done NOTHING to attempt to rectify any of the issues. Call them and they just hang up!
