NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! I purchased a car described as in "Fantastic Condition". Within exactly 11 days of purchasing the car has broken down. The total costs of all repairs were £610.50. Jordan James Motor Company refused to pay for it. I ended up taking a legal action against him and claimed the money in a court. Also he tried to make me accept a cheque for 50%, but I did not cash it. He thinks he is smarter than I am (being a lawyer).

This customer purchased a car living two hundred miles away knowing full well the warranty was at my garage. As soon as a fault occurred I offered it to be fixed for free but she refused to bring the car to myself. Instead without my consent had repairs done and then sent me the bill!! I offered 50% even though none of it was covered on the warranty. She took me to court and I paid for the work but the extras she asked for were thrown out and if she had been reasonable in the first place then it didn't need to come to that especially as she had to travel to Stockport for the hearing!!! Just to point out that the customer is still using the car I sold her a year ago without any further problems arising
