My experience was very good. I can’t remember the chap’s name who I dealt with at JP Motor Trade, but he was friendly and gave me a helpful push when needed. When I had to call to log a complaint they dealt with it straight away and resolved it without any issues.

It's got to be a 4.5 from me. The process was very quick and efficient and the car's decent quality.

The guy who assisted me was lovely...he even came in on his day off on a Saturday to sell me the car which I really appreciated. It did feel a bit rushed at times, but given it wasn’t his usual working day I can’t really complain. He explained everything clearly and it all went through fine.

They were amazing—really helpful, couldn’t fault them at all. I’d heard good things beforehand and their communication lived up to that. They couldn’t do enough to help. A really good experience and I’d definitely go back to JP Motor Trade.

My experience was really good so I’d rate it five stars. Everything was efficient and straightforward with no issues. I was looking for a specific car at a certain price, and JP Motor Trade had exactly what I wanted. The salesman was helpful, did his best to assist and gave me good information throughout.

I chose JP Motor Trade because all of their paperwork was up to date and they could back it up. Their customer service was good and I felt well looked after.
