Nothing but five star service from JP Motor Trade during the purchase of my Nissan Qashqai.

Despite having a slight fault with the vehicle post purchase I can't fault the way the guys at JP Motor Trade have handled everything. They've been really helpful from the start and I've found their customer service to be consistently good. That applies to both during the sale and afterwards - I just wish they were a bit closer to home! Their three month warranty definitely gives added peace of mind and reassurance.

I would rate them 5 everything went through without any problems from the payment to actually driving away with the vehicle.Absolutely recommend to other buyers. They are very helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease.

I’m in love with my new Range Rover Evoque – it’s absolutely lovely! The colours really caught my eye as the charcoal paint with the maroon interior is such a nice combo. Jay who helped with the purchase was brilliant. He was working alone over Easter but still made sure everything was perfect for me which I really appreciated.

I bought my previous car from Jay at JP Motor Trade and they did a great job, so I went straight back when it was time to change. This time around the service was even better than I remembered – Jay was honestly amazing and did everything I asked. My Mercedes C220 is going really well and I definitely made the right choice. This was my second time buying from the team at JP Motor Trade – only this time I was after a van. Picked up the Peugeot Partner on Friday afternoon and had it straight out working the next morning. I’m really pleased with it as perfect size for what I need. The service as always was spot on. The team are super professional and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Bought Vauxhall Astra Automatic through JP Motors 2 weeks ago. I had bought it online, hence was a bit sceptical. But Jay and Chet at JP Motors assured me of the quality and condition of the vehicle and put all my worries to rest. The vehicle was delivered to me and Harish who brought the car to my door step insisted that I take a test drive with him to see, if I had any questions or problems. The car was in excellent condition and Harish explained me all the details of the car including the warranty etc. Excellent service provided by Jay, Chet and Harish. The customer service provided from start to finish was above and beyond my expectation. Would highly recommend. Will be buying my next car from them.
