As someone from Teesside (a good 3 hour drive) I was of course sceptical about travelling such a distance to buy a car. However the people at junction17 are fantastic. The new sales manager took excellent care of me throughout the purchase, they were very open to questions and answered honestly. They also provide a huge range of extras such as extended warranty, mobile paint repair, ghost installs which I’d recommend. My only gripe with my experience is a few issues with the car. I bought a 2017 Cupra 300 and by the time I arrived home, the front alloys began to peel as well as the passenger side DRL failed. After these issues, I’d have rated much lower if it wasn’t for how upfront and helpful they are at rectifying the situation 8/10 would absolutely recommend looking into Junction17

The car I got from here was for my brother and I've not heard him say that he has had any issues, so I'm guessing it's okay. We both though the customer service from Junction 17 was fine. 5 stars.

The service has been great, I thought everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was my first time there, and honestly, I didn’t even know the place existed until my partner spotted it while driving past and suggested we have a look. We drove away in the SEAT Leon and it’s been brilliant so far. I do have a warning light on, so I’ve been asked to book it in for diagnostics, but apart from that, I’m really happy with it. I was a bit worried about using the sat nav with all the buttons and dials, but the salesman was really reassuring and told me I could call or pop back in any time if I needed help. Giving 4 stars only because there’s always room for improvement (even if it doesn't need it)

Love my new car, runs smoothly and looks fantastic for age. Staff were very attentive and had good communication. Great selection of cars and prices too. Benny was incredibly helpful and can't recommend Junction 17 enough, will be buying my wife's next car from here.

Purchased a white BMW M240i from Junction 17 (Rugby branch) just over two weeks ago. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and I somewhat regret choosing Junction 17. The vehicle I purchased was quite a nice example otherwise I wouldn't have delt with Junction 17 Rugby's terrible communication. The manager was initially polite and keen to assist, however, often lacked technical knowledge about the vehicle. I asked questions regarding the vehicle's specification, any modifications it had undergone and overall condition but was repeatedly met with vague or uncertain responses. Despite my efforts to clarify these points before purchase, I was left without clear or complete information. Before paying, I agreed with the manager that the vehicle would undergo certain checks and preparation at a garage. He confirmed this was no problem and that I’d be provided with the garage invoice confirming the work. After sending payment, communication immediately dropped off. I emailed and messaged several times over the next week asking for confirmation that the work had been completed. I received no response. Out of frustration, I visited the dealership in person. Where the manager and his colleague both reassured me that the work had been done and documentation was on the way — they just needed to receive it from the garage's finance department. They again promised it would be sent to me shortly. On the day of vehicle collection, I still hadn’t received anything. The manager and his colleagues once again told me I’d be sent the garage invoice as soon as they had it, even stating that they'd send it by the end of the day. One week after collection: no document. I call — no answer. I’m told someone will call me back. No one does. I call again. Same story. I'm told to email aftercare and assured I’ll receive a reply within five working days. I send the email. That was over a week ago — still no reply. I call again. I explain my frustrations once more to the operator and they explain that they are unable to get a hold of the Rugby branch however will make sure that I get a call back. At this point I've heard this same story almost 5 times and I'm tired of it. What do you know I never received that call. About a week later I was reached out to by Junction 17 requesting a review, I explained to the operator my experience and he told me he understood my concerns and would do his best to chase up on the issue. It's been over a week and I never heard back from anyone. At the time of writing, it has been well over a full month since I was promised the documentation & a month since I collection day when I was assured that they'd have it to me by the end of the day. I have been completely ignored across multiple emails, phone calls, and direct requests. I'm tired of chasing and believe I have given Junction 17 plenty of chances, I have receipts of all my attempts at reaching and am leaving this review here to warn others. I believe I've been incredibly patient, but this has now gone beyond unprofessional. The moment they had my money, all sense of accountability disappeared. If you value communication, honesty, and transparency, avoid Junction 17 Rugby. Based on my experience, once the money is transferred, you're on your own.

Overall, I was happy with the car and the service provided. Before I collected the car, there was a service and a few bits that needed doing, and they were all completed, which I was happy with. The only thing was that the paintwork was supposed to be done as well and was not. However, Nathan knocked some money off for me, so that was good.
