I recently bought a Ford Mustang, and the service was great. I dealt with David on the day, and everything went smoothly. I was pleased with the experience. I was informed that the ghost embellisher would be fitted to reduce the overall cost, which was great, but when I got home it was not itemised on the documents. I have contacted them three times and still have not received a resolution, so what would have been a 5-star experience is now a 3-star.

I would give Junction 17 a 5-star rating as everyone at the dealership was really good. I have taken a three-year warranty and will be returning there for servicing aswell. It was a great experience.

My girlfriend and I are happy with the car we bought back in September, and the service we received was good. 4 out of 5.

My BMW 4 Series has been spot on, and the customer service was excellent.

Mechanically, the car has been good so far, and the person I dealt with was helpful. I was a bit unsure what the £250 prepping fee was for, as the car was not valeted to a high standard and had not been serviced. However, based on the car and the salesman, I would still give it 3.5 stars.

Because it was gotten to me so quickly which was greatly appreciated but lost a point due to the state of the car, stains and marks on the inside that weren't shown to me in the video that are really obvious and also an entire bag of salt was spilled in the underside boot which obviously just hadn't been checked.

They were helpful, although I had to take the car back because I wanted the tyre sorted out which they did quickly to be fair. The car is lovely I really like it.

The staff were really good with me, they just got on with it. They didn't hassle me, it was a quick process in and out which I liked. The car is beautiful. I'd give them a 5, they were very good no complaints.
