I reserved a Range Rover and went to view it. It had already been prepped and the salesman was helpful and not pushy at all. He even let us take our dog with us on the test drive. My wife & I bought our Audi A7 from Junction 17's branch in Peterborough and the whole sale was perfect. The guys who assisted us were great so we're awarding them five stars as they were very good.

The car’s fine (so far so good) and everything’s gone through with no issues. I’d give Junction 17 a 4 overall as the car we test drove only had about 5 miles of fuel in it, so we couldn’t go far. Although the geezer we dealt with called Alberto deserves a 5* all day long.

We bought a VW Beetle for my daughter from J17. It needed a service and wipers pretty early on, but otherwise it’s been a lovely little car and she’s really pleased with it. 4.5 stars from us.

All's good with my Q5 apart from a cracked windscreen that’s getting worse, but I haven’t had time to report it yet. I suppose I feel fairly neutral about the whole purchase...nothing amazing but nothing bad...so I’m going with a middle-of-the-road rating of 3.5 🙃

Even though I’ve had a couple of problems with my Audi S3 since picking it up, the dealership’s got me booked in next week to get it all sorted so it's been no hassle at all. The guys at the Peterborough branch were really good with me and they’ve looked after me well both during and after the sale. Based on my experience I tell you what, it’s got to be a five-star review. Spot on.

Things haven't been too bad with the car. Had a couple of issues, but after some back and forth with the dealership they did get it all sorted eventually. I’m sticking with three and a half stars though, as the aftersales was a bit of a struggle and I ended up without the car longer than I’d hoped which wasn’t ideal.

The car’s perfect and I’m absolutely loving it! The service was amazing — nothing was rushed, they were really patient, and they gave me plenty of time to look around the Tesla Model and sort my finances out. Really professional, and I’d definitely recommend them! I felt really welcome. They sorted me out straight away, no messing about and were very straight to the point. Nice friendly atmosphere, so nothing like your typical “dodgy dealers.” Proper transparent and trustworthy.
