Impressed with the service by Tom, who made you feel comfortable and like a friend, unlike other dealerships. Found the vehicle I wanted online and made the trip from London, and I made the right choice. Minor issues with dents and the rear disc, but the dealership has it booked in to be sorted.

Arrived at the Peterborough showroom, there was a miscommunication with the receptionist and the workshop. Turns out the car I wanted wasn't ready therefore they offered me a ride to the Grantham showroom for the same spec but different colour was happy with my purchase.

the main reason I didn't score a 5, was that when I first came to see the car (having done a 320 mile round trip) it wasn't at the Peterborough showroom, it had been moved to Rugby!

Very happy with the service from the team, they were friendly and answered all questions from start to finish. Hopefully I will have this vehicle for years to come, but I would go back if I ever needed or felt like a change. It's currently driving like a dream.

After having a look online for a new car, I spotted an Evoque online and went to view it. We were looked after by Tom who was friendly and quick, being able to get the car the next day. Tom even put a bow on the car which made me and my children feel special when collecting.

Had my new Volvo V40 a few days now everything is fine so far with it. The process of buying a car was good enough that I would go back, however on the day it was very busy, so I feel managing customers could be better.

After a long drive back to London from Peterborough, everything with my new car is all good, and running as you would expect when you buy from a dealership. The service from the team was also good, however the vehicles could be presented better in the showroom. 4 out of 5 overall.
