The car is running really well and we’re very happy with it overall. It was a great choice and drives lovely. If I had to criticise anything, it would be the condition of the car when we collected it, as it hadn’t been presented as well as it could have been, and it was clear it hadn’t been properly valeted. The young lad who sold it to us was excellent, not pushy at all and answered all of our questions. The only downside was that we weren’t given all the paperwork at handover, which meant a 3 hour round trip to collect it later, rather than it getting lost in the post.

Getting on well with the car, but there were some issues at the start with the logbook and outstanding finance on the vehicle. I hadn’t received the settlement of the finance. That said, Tom was great throughout, helpful and it wasn’t his fault with the logbook issue. For now, I’d rate the experience 3 stars, just waiting to see confirmation of the finance settlement on the car.

I recently purchased a Mazda Cx-5 from Junction 17 Cars Peterborough and for the time I've had it, it drives fine with a decent engine, and the car itself was one of the better options on the market at a good price. The only downside was that it could have done with a wash when I picked it up, but otherwise everything was fine. No one is perfect.

5, it was a very good experience, the car is great only bad thing is that it has no service history with the car but i was made aware of it before purchasing the car so thats not the dealerships fault at all

My overall experience was a good but there were just a couple of things that let didn't make it a 4 or 5 stars. When I went to collect the car I noticed that it wasn't cleaned properly and there were a few bits that were missed/ not mentioned that If I didn't spot them, they wouldn't of got mentioned. It's in Junction 17 Cars tomorrow to get something installed but other than that it's been all good.

Other than needing to book my car in to be power coated, it's been a great car. absolutely fine, nothing to report but that's the only thing outstanding. No problems at all while I was at the Peterborough branch.

So far I'm getting on great with my Audi A4 with no issues at all. Couldn’t be happier. The customer service was amazing. No pressure at any point, just really helpful with plenty of advice. A very knowledgeable and friendly bunch of lads. I can't pick a fault.

5!! I got the car i wanted i got great customer service from the sales team no pressure felt very comfortable in the surroundings and am very very happy with my new car.

My experience with the BMW 2 Series has been good. It’s been driving well, and I’ve been out in it a fair bit. There was an EGR code that came up, but I haven’t made the dealership aware of it because it's not covered under warranty. Aside from that and low tyre tread on one of my tyres, the car's been fine. Customer service was great. This was my first time visiting the dealership and the salesman was spot on.
