The staff aren't pushy at all, there's no pressure to buy whilst you're there. I found them online and we turned up and they were really good. I had a good experience with them.

Experience was fine, all good. There wasn't much interaction with the staff to be honest because I bought the car online then picked it up, but they did pick me up from the station which was appreciated. I would definitely consider going back in the future if they had the right stock.

The actual purchase was perfect, The sales staff went through everything and we were happy, but the aftersales could be improved though. When they sent the paperwork off, they put it back into their name by accident so we're still waiting on that to get sorted, but apart from that the experience was great. My son is absolutely loving the car.

Customer service-wise the team were great, really lovely people to deal with. I had a really positive experience in the dealership, I was made to feel very welcome it was really nice. We only live 15 minutes away - we saw the car on Autotrader and because we already knew of them we popped in to buy. Even one of the sales guys was calling me on his day off to get things sorted which was appreciated. I can only think of a small improvement - for continuity reasons, perhaps reduce the number of people involved in the process as I dealt with 4 or 5 people. Would highly recommend,

I did a bit of driving over the weekend and the car has been driving well. There were a few hiccups during the process, the car was at a different branch, and there was some delay with the finance and paperwork, including the logbook and handbook. It would have been helpful to have everything ready upfront, especially to confirm service history and registration details. That said, the dealership had a great selection of cars, and I believe the paperwork issue was likely a one-off. Overall, a good experience and I would still recommend them to others.

I upgraded from an A3 to an S3 Saloon, and what an upgrade, loving the car. I did have an electrical fault appear on the dashboard, but it hasn’t come up again. The customer service was really good, and I dealt with a gentleman called Benny.

Callum at the dealership helped me through the purchase of the Mercedes A-Class. He was lovely and very helpful. When I came to collect the vehicle, I dealt with another gentleman named Tom, who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I’ve had is that the car is currently back with Junction 17 for a respray to fix a couple of stone chips.

I visited Junction 17 to purchase a Mercedes C-Class, which has been great since the purchase with no issues. When we collected the car, it was valeted and ready to go, which I thought was a really nice touch

This is my second Z4, so I'm already familiar with the car. I'm looking forward to better weather so I can take it out for a good drive. Callum at the dealership was excellent and answered all of our questions.
