The car we were interested in (Porsche Panamera) was exactly as described and had been well prepped (unlike some others we had looked at). There were a couple of minor detailing issues that we wanted sorting out, and this work was carried out to a very high standard. Communications with the company were excellent in the time between paying a deposit and picking the car up, and after sales communications have also been great with the team checking in to make sure we are happy with our purchase.
