I traveled 170 miles to potential purchase a car I’d enquired about which I was told was in excellent condition with one owner and service history and priced at the top end of cars of that spec and year. What greeted me was nothing short of disgraceful the car was a complete mess an looked like it had been parked by the sea all its life. The suspension made horrible noises when driven A complete waste of time. Thank goodness I didn’t do a click and collect!! The dealer couldn’t have cared less.
Bought a 3 series M sport from K Carz 4 months got told car ran perfect a lovely car , this was a pack of lies . After a week engine management light came on , smoke was coming through the air vents inside the car and from the bonnet , blue smoke it was under warranty but refused to repair it . Sold it back to them for half what I paid . One word cowboys do not buy a car from these people.

Bought a car from K Carz Peterborough a month ago drove it home started it the next day to find engine management light come was told to change spark plugs and coil pack which was £60. £60 you could do without after just spending £4500 on it wen I finally had enough and took it back he offered me £500 less than what I paid for it and said he offered £500 less because he has to pay for it to be readvertised why should I have to pay for that when it's not my company so basically if you want to lose money and buy a car thats no good then yh go to this place wouldn't trust them at all and I'm not the only person this happened to go on there Facebook page and see what some of the others have had happen to them

We once again apologise for the troubles you had however it would be good if the review given was accurate and fair. All you have mentioned is how you bought a bad car and you lost £500. what about all the in betweens? the way we always responded to you immediately? always answered your phone? Sent parts to you? offered a courtesy car? always offered a repair? The customer purchased a car which unfortunately did have the EML come on and i immediately advised him not to panic and we will repair the car what ever it is. He didn't want to bring the car to us due to the distance and said his friend is a mechanic so i said fine have him look at it and we will provide any parts required. He without advising us had spark plugs and coil done and said still eml light came back on and my friend thinks its injector. I asked him i'm happy to send the part no problem but will be better that he brings to us so we can diagnose properly as over phone its all guess work. He was still adamant in wanting me to send part to him which i have proof of purchase with his delivery address. His friend was not capable of doing the job correctly so i again offered for him to bring car to our bmw specialist for repair and offered to provide him with a courtesy car for him to go back home in. I have text message proof of our conversation and even he himself said that he cant fault us with the way we have handled the situation, his calls and messages which were prompt and immediate which puts him at ease and that he knows hes in good hands. We set a date for him to come down and i had the courtesy car ready at the garage for a quick change over. When he got to the garage he was not happy with the courtesy car he was given as it wasn't a like for like. He just couldn't understand that we could not lend him our stock cars and on top he was a black box insurance driver. We physically had nothing else for him to take. Despite our best efforts to make him understand we couldn't and to put matter at close we purchased car back from him £500 less which was not to only cover advertisement but also fact the car had been used for over a month, an extra owner was added and mainly the fact that he scuffed 2 alloys badly for which we have pictures so we deducted the cost to redo alloys as well which is fair and not cheap. If any future customers have any queries with this i have saved the conversations and you will see that we always responded and always advised it will be repaired. The car was 12 years old and had done in excess of 100,000 miles. Although we make best efforts to ensure cars are well prepped the odd car may develop a minor issue that no1 has any control of and is not intentional however we will always aim to repair it without any fuss. All our cars come with warranty as well. We aim to take any negative review in a positive manner so that we can improve our services.
I recently purchased a 1 series BMW from K-Carz Peterborough. I dealt with Nill and found him to be very straight and honest. The car could have been better prepared ,ie washed and cleaned inside, but I saw past this. Upon agreeing a fair price we discovered that the Parking sensors were not working. Nill immediately arranged for a local garage to sort the issue. I however did not have time and had to return home with the car. I found my own garage and they quickly fixed the problem and I called Nill and he promptly paid as we agreed the invoice. I would buy from Nill again.
I have never had the desire to review a dealership before, but after reading some of these reviews I feel compelled to do so, if only for the sake of keeping it balanced and fair as I've had nothing but a good service from these guys. So I bought a car a couple of weeks ago, and during my inspection of the vehicle I found a couple of problems. The rear light cluster didn't work and there were some scratches/chip to the paintwork on the side skirts, bonnet and front bumper. Without hesitation I was told they would sort all those issues out if I wanted the car. I agreed and sure enough, a new cluster was ordered and the bodywork had been re sprayed where the scratches were when I went to pick the car up. I drove away a happy customer. However, I made it all the way home and as soon as I got back to my home town some warning lights popped up on the display. Naturally I had a bad feeling, but I contacted K Karz and was assured straight away I was "in good hands" then within a week they took the car back and repaired the faults (2 sensors had failed). I also recently had an issue with one of the wheels which needed repair along with a new tyre which admittedly made me feel a bit disheartened (having more issues). They told me to take it to a local garage to save driving back to Peterborough and after the work was done I sent them a photo of the invoice and they reimbursed me immediately via bank transfer. If thats not good service from decent people then i dont know what is! The car I bought is 11 years old, so understandably there is wear and tear and things happen, but K Karz have sorted everything out without question or hesitation every time. There's not many garages out there I've ever had experience with, that have jumped issues as quick as this. I can't recommend these guys enough and in my experience they have been nothing but decent, honest and genuine people, and they have always responded to my texts and calls.
K Carz, more like k can’t answer the phone right now because he knows he’s sold you a dodgey car. The Car I bought is a complete piece of rubbish, within three weeks the car had to go back because the turbo was going, which he fixed. There was also a wheel bearing that needed doing which he refused to fix until I asked for a refund! Do not buy from these. I Had the car checked over by my local garage, who told me the car needed £400 worth of work doing, this is all after it had just been through an mot which says it all about who he gets to mot the car. had the car 2 months and haven’t received the log book Which I’m told has been sent, I’ve seen other have the same problem, so I don’t believe it’s lost in the post. I believe he couldn’t give a shit about the customer as soon as the moneys in his pocket. If you’re after a bad experience and like burning money K CARZ is just for you.
I would recommend this dealer I had a small issue with he vehicle after I purchased which the dealer would not have known about at the time of sale I contacted them to advise them and they told me to go and get a quote for repair so I did and they paid the garage over the phone to rectify my issue no hassle no fuss and lively to deal with don't trust all the bad reviews as most people don't tend to write good reviews so I felt this deserved mentioning many thanks karen

contacted k karz about a yellow saab convertible 9-3 yesterday (06/01/2018. i explained i would be making a 9 hour round trip so needed to know if the vehicle was mechanically sound and in a good shape with no unexpected surprises as it would be a waste of my time and effort coming to view. we were assured twice in two different phone calls the car was immaculate with no issues. when we arrived the car had a dint above the door handle, the drivers seat belt didnt retract the suspension had gone the alternator was clicking on start up and the blower fan was whining the wing mirror was hanging off with scrapes. i had been assured there was service history with the vehicle but no evidence of timing belt having been done considering the mileage of the vehicle is 124000. being a mechanic i am able to spot a lemon when i see one and walked away but i am sure that this fly by night duo will take advantage of some poor unsuspecting person and not feel guilty. they obviously thought because i was travelling so far they had a guaranteed sale from me, they look of surprise when i walked away was almost worth the costs in petrol

Hi thankyou for the review. As false as it is and i am sorry that you travelled for so far and it was not mis-described as you called and said if the auto box changes gears correctly which it does and i also advised you it was a part ex car that came in however it is mechanically sound and you will always get age related cosmetic marks on any second hand car and this one in question had done 123,000 miles and was worth £1350. My face expression changed not to the fact that you didn't buy it but to the fact that i dont know why some people want a brand new car for £1350 knowing especially one that has done 123000 miles. We can only apologise for your wasted trip but out part ex cars are priced to sell.
Went all the way from London to view a 3 Series I had been told over the phone was in good condition and had no work done etc etc, polite over the phone and polite whilst at the garage but, got there car tyres was flat (thought okay no worries just needs some air) then opened up the bonnet and the car had probably had a massive oil leak as it was everywhere, asked the chap about it and he said the car had no work done etc etc after about 10 minutes he remembers that the car had actually just had a new turbo put it when it had arrived to them and he didn't have the paperwork to hand for it or even the v5, absolute waste of my time. Apparently it was all in the garage that had, had the work done. To add the car itself was filthy with assorted of junk in the boot and crisps all over the place.
