Saw my Audi S3 on Kaim Parks website. A quick phone call, and Alan sent me a personalised video of the car. Everything was sorted before I collected the car, and the car itself was beautifully presented. Alan was very helpful and kept me up to date, a really decent chap. Extremely happy with my purchase. Couldn’t fault Alan or Kaim Park Motors. The whole experience from start to finish was so easy and it’s good to see a genuine family run independent dealer which clearly values their customers, unlike a lot of the big named dealers. Admirable customer service It was the positive reviews that made me reach for the phone and call Kaim Park Garage when I saw a car I wanted to test drive on Auto Trader. I dealt with Alan who could not have been more helpful and allowed plenty of time to look round the vehicle and then a lengthy test drive. Great variety of prestige cars... All of them are in great condition... The prices are competitive, would highly recommend going to them for your new/used car... Allan was extremely helpful from start to finish, and made the process of buying very easy... One thing I would add is they don't give you any extras, what you see is what you will get, they won't come down in price or throw in some fluffy dice... I would still highly recommend them...

We bought a range rover online on the back of photos that were on the website deposit paid then we flew up 447 miles to pick the car up only to find the photos had been photoshopped. The car was covered in damage & smelt badly of dogs inside the car was full of scratches and a bad stench. The steering was lopsided like it had been involved in an accident, we are now pursuing via trading standards & the courts. £60000 the screen price for a badly damaged car we have photographic evidence that can be viewed on google, facebook & other platforms unfortunately the can not be left on this platform. before leaving the review Lee the garage owner was given every chance to sort this out.
