My first contact with Kaim Park Garage was through Alan. Even though I did not get to meet him face to face his attention and understanding of my enquiry was impeccable. Right from my first phone call and text I felt at ease with Alan. My bank was a bit off hand in my request to make the transaction to Kaim but Ross who listened to my plight was incredibly supportive and helped me get round the issue. Get the feeling that Alan and Ross work well as a team. No matter who I spoke to both were verry well clued up on my interest. The whole process went smoothly and eventually I got my BMW X6M. Top Class 5 Star Service. Picked up a LR Discovery Sport from Kaim Park a few weeks ago. Really top class service from the chaps at Kaim Park Garage. After a really horrible experience at another garage, it was really a breath of fresh air to see how friendly and tailored customer service should be. From viewing the car to pick up, Allan made sure that any concern was addressed and the car had everything prepped and ready before pick up.
