Generally pretty good. There's a few issues with the van and I'm currently waiting on the warranty company to get back to me. The lads were all spot on - I had to travel quite a way to get there and they were very accommodating and helpful. They were understanding regarding the issues I've had with the van too and are helping to get it sorted.

The car was for my partner. She hasn't done many miles so far but she's loving it! The only downside was, the next day the engine management light came on. I called them and they said to keep running the car in, and to be fair the light has gone off again now. Excellent customer service, really smooth. Definitely 5 stars.

The car has been brilliant, absolutely fine. The guy that we dealt with us was really nice, he went above and beyond for us. We went one day and we were waiting on the finance company to get back to us - he stayed an hour later after closing for us to try to sort it. 5 out of 5.

The emissions light came on a couple of days later and I took it back but they said to leave it and it should sort itself out. The experience buying the car was fine, I'd give them 5 stars.

5* from us. Everything was smooth. They couldn't help us enough after a long travel and a stay over in Blackpool. The sale was explained well, the van was just what we was looking for and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend Karl Smith car sales.

Very good car, decent price. However my car didnt have the radio code put in when I went to look at it. I was told that when i went to pick it up 3 days later it would all be sorted. Unfortunately this was not the case. The garage didnt know the code, so throughout the next week i had to repeatedly call to see if they had manged to get one. I had also been looking myself, calling radio code people. Some need to look at the car and take out the radio to get the serial code, however the car wasnt insured at this time so it couldnt be moved. Eventually i manged to find a site myself with no help from Karl Smiths Garage, that would give me the code for £12.50. Which I payed. Conclusion, very good car however when a problem occurs they can be alittle difficult other than that, was great would recomend dispite the hiccup.

I can't remember his name who dealt with me but he was friendly and explained everything well. I've bought from them before so I went back because I had a good experience last time, and I'll probably go back again!
