It has to be a 5 out of 5 stars. I can't complain, from start to finish, the Ford Transit I bought in September has been great, and so was my experience.

No issues whatsoever, the salesman answered all of the questions.

Car was good and when I went to go and view the car everything was as described and the people at the dealer were great and very helpful. Car was cleaned prior to me collecting it and car has been great to me since I have got it. 5* from me.

I recently bought a Citroen Relay from Karl Smith Car Sales. When I originally collected the vehicle, I got about 40 miles back to Scotland when it broke down. Credit to the dealership, who recovered the van for me, replaced the gearbox and clutch, and then, as a goodwill gesture, delivered it to my address in Scotland. Even though there was an issue with the van straight after purchase which is not ideal, the way they handled it means I would still give them 5 stars.

I was already aware of the dealership as my daughter has bought cars previously and always received good service. I was driving past when I saw the SsangYong in the forecourt. I had a look around and went home to compare prices at other dealerships. It turns out it was a good deal, and when I went back to buy the vehicle , the experience was fantastic.

Generally pretty good. There's a few issues with the van and I'm currently waiting on the warranty company to get back to me. The lads were all spot on - I had to travel quite a way to get there and they were very accommodating and helpful. They were understanding regarding the issues I've had with the van too and are helping to get it sorted.

The car was for my partner. She hasn't done many miles so far but she's loving it! The only downside was, the next day the engine management light came on. I called them and they said to keep running the car in, and to be fair the light has gone off again now. Excellent customer service, really smooth. Definitely 5 stars.
