Saw good spec Mini in excellent condition advertised at competitive price 170 miles from home. Spoke to Tom at Karl Smith who helped with extra videos and documentation. Decided to visit for test drive and Tom helped us again (replaced battery before our arrival). Returned a couple of weeks later on the train to collect the car and Tim again helped by collecting us from the station.

Great service, start to finish and any problems after purchase haven't been a problem, felt well looked after by Jeremy and Tom.

The sale was a straightforward one. I noticed a slight bit of body damage on the Vauxhall Vivaro after getting it but otherwise it's not been to bad and it's running fine.

Everything went really well while buying my Ford EcoSport. All of the team were really good to deal with, and they were able to get the car ready pretty quickly, which was great. The only issue I've had with the car is finding the screen wash but after finding that, I've not had any issues.

Since getting my Mercedes Vito, it's been spot on and the perfect van. The bloke that looked after me while I was at the dealership was brilliant, I can't fault him.

4 stars only because I spent a lot of money on the car, and I needed to pay £20 to sort a puncture out. Since then, though the car has been absolutely fine. The salespeople at Karl Smith Car Sales are really nice, and they were able to sort the car out on the same day.
