Recently I've noticed that my brakes have started to squeak but I've got bumper to bumper warranty anyway for the next year. Otherwise everything else with my Peugeot 2008 is going fine.

5 without a doubt, no issues on vehicle, absolutely fantastic customer service since I was a first time buyer, very stream lines process all the way from payment to receiving the vehicle. I thought the price of the vehicle was great, if not the best I could find of that vehicle since I knew what I was after I'd seen a lot of listing all around the country for the same vehicle that were much more expensive in worse condition and more miles, great experience with you all round.

Really friendly, helpful staff, very obliging with organising additional work recommended by RAC based on their check of the car. I'm very pleased with the car, it seems to be running well and that it was very helpful to have the offer of delivery of the vehicle to Liverpool and part exchange of my old car. Excellent service all round.

Jaguar XF has been all good since getting it from Karl Smith Car Sales. I did have a light come on today that said Insufficient functionality, but at the moment it hasn't affected the car.

I've been to Karl Smith Car Sales in the past, so this wasn't my first time getting a car from here. I've used my Fiat Tipo a lot since getting it and I'm pleased with it as it's had no problems. There was a young man that looked after me on the day and he was great, brilliant to deal with.

Tom was the salesman that looked after me and he was brilliant. I drove away in the Smart Forfour and it's been fabulous.

Off the top of my head I can' t think of anything that would make the experience 5 stars. It's a professional family run business. The staff were very supportive and helpful, not once was I made to feel pressured. The van is more for private use and not for work but it's still driven daily and is a great van.

2nd car I have bought and have no complaints. Customer service was good and car was ready on time. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a car. 1st car was still runnng fine after 7 years decided to trade in. Had this car 6 months and I am happy with it. Keep up the good work.
