Excellent customer service, delivery to the door on time and in lovely condition. Purchased a Nissan juke and extremely happy with it. Will definitely return when upgrading. Nothing negative to say. My daughter recently bought a used car from a different company and has had so many problems and poor after-sale care that are still ongoing. it's such a blessing to have delt with you guys and to have had such a positive experience.

This is the first time I have used Karl Smith Car Sales, and it certainly won't be the last. I have to say I was amazed by how good the service was from these guys. With me living fairly close to the dealership, it was an added bonus and it made things really convenient for me. My DS5 is everything I could have asked for and more; it is such a reliable motor and just what I needed to do my taxi driving in.

BOUGHT A VEHICLE A FEW WEEK AGO FROM HERE. AFTER DAYS i REPORTED FAULTS ON THE CAR. THEY BOOKED IT IN FOR 9 DAYS LATER AND TOLD ME THERE NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. i THEN WENT TO A TRUSTED GARAGE WHO CHECKED THE VEHICLE AND THERE ARE A LIST OF PROBLEMS INCLUDING THE TURBO. I HAVE BEEN SAYING FOR 3 WEEKS NOW I WANT TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND. THEY REFUSING. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS AS I AM IN MY RIGHTS AS THEY HAVE SOLD ME A FASULTY CAR THEN LIED. DO NOT TRUST THEM....AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE

They were just wonderful, they got everything boxed off for us and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to get everything we needed and kept us updated when a part needed replacing and there were some delays. We never had to chase them, they were always proactive with giving updates and keeping in touch with us. We are so happy with the Ford Focus now, it drives like an absolute dream!

Even though Karl Smith Car Sales is local to me, this was my first time going there. I am glad I did though as it was all good and I would definitely use them again in the future. Justine was lovely, so friendly and helpful. It took a bit of time to get the paperwork sorted but we got there in the end and she made sure I was comfortable and had a drink while I waited. Once we got all the paperwork together it was all pretty smooth and I took my Renault Clio away. I am driving it daily now for my commute to work and it is driving fine and all is going well.
