The van is perfect, I'm so happy with it. These are a spot on dealership, they were really easy to deal with and so friendly. Justine handled everything very well, and helped me sort everything out, she put my mind at rest and really took away all of the hassle!

I have know Jeremy at Karl Smith and some of the staff for years, Jeremy is such a great guy. I had my last car from him for years, I was about to travel on a long trip to Scotland so I took my car to be checked over and I ended up driving away in a new car, an Astra. The car got me to Scotland fine anyway and runs like clockwork. Never had any problems with Karl Smith in the many years I have been using them. If I could rate them 10 out of 5 I could do.

If I could rate this company 6 out of 5 stars I would do. They are by far the best dealership I have dealt with, the service was first class. The Merc was exactly as they described, lovely and clean and smelt great. My step daughter bought a car from here and had no problems at all with it, whenever there was anything wrong with it they dealt with it straight away so this is what prompted me to give them a try myself and I was definitely not disappointed, a happy customer indeed and a great firm to deal with.

My Nissan Note goes like a rocket, it is a smashing little car, could not be more happy with it. The customer service was faultless, they were extremally patience with me from start to finish, I know I was a little bit of a difficult customer but thank you for been so understanding with me and going way and above my expectations to help me to get everything sorted and we certainly did get there in the end and now I am very happy. Really super efficient, polite and professional... the sales person were proficient and professional throughout the entire deal. I can't fault him one bit, he took care of everything from start to finish with not one single bit of a hard sale in sight. I will recommend anyone looking to purchase a car for a reasonable fee with the piece of mind the car is as described to this dealer. I will also be back myself when the time comes and I'm ready for an due for an upgrade that is for sure.

I was really impressed with the service I received at Karl Smith Car Sales in Blackpool. Recently bought my Range Rover from here and the lads could not have done enough to help me, they gave me all of the info I needed about the car and any questions I had got answered, felt under no pressure at anytime, and the whole process went really smoothly for me. I had a slight issue with the rear door with a thing on the lock but when I made them aware of this they were fast to get this fixed for me. Would certainly come back here in the future and recommend to others.

I am quite pleased with the Citroen I purchased down at Karl Smith garage. I would say they are a great bunch of people. I spoke with a lady the first time I came down and she was lovely and them I was dealing with Jez the second time round when I came to get a few things touched up, they got my car in first thing to sort the and I was in and out in about 15 minutes, no messing at all. It was my first time using Karl smith and I would happily use again. I am very pleased!

I always have a great a great experience when down at Karl Smiths, the guys are lovely and I will be a returning customer in the future. They are helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly! I had a Ford Escort but it was expensive to run, filling the car up with diesel was a nightmare, so I came back for something more suitable and they were ever so helpful! I wouldn't rate anything but 5/5!
