You can't do more for a customer than what these did for me. Everybody at dealership couldn't of bent over backwards for me anymore than they did. The staff did everything for me, I didn't need to lift a finger in the slightest. It was the easiest car sale I've made. The customer care was absolutely fantastic! I couldn't recommend more!

I must say I am very pleased with how my experience went down at Karl Smith car sales, I found the staff to be so so helpful and friendly towards me from start to finish. Nothing was too much to ask and they were highly accommodating with any requirements. I came to purchase a Ford KA and its a brilliant little motor and does everything I needed it to. I didn't know what car I wanted, we kind of just chose on the day and again, this was no trouble for our sales advisor, he gave great advice on what he thought would be best for me and was not pushy in the slightest.

I love my car its great, I love being behind the wheel! I would rate my overall experience a 5 stars!

The Mitsubishi is absolutely fine, no issues at all. Really lovely car and looked great when we came to collect it. During the sale, the whole team were really helpful and accomodating, couldn't have asked for more from them.

My mum has bought from these previously, so I thought I would have a look there as her car was perfectly fine. I went with an Audi A3 they had available and it has been great. Really nice to drive, and a fair price too for the condition of the car. Only thing that could've been improved on was the communication regarding the MOT, apart from that it was great, and I would recommend to anyone.

I have had no problems with my Polo, touch wood it is seeming to be an excellent motor! The gentleman I dealt with was a cracking fella, really easy to get along with - just what you want really. No one is perfect but they are pretty close so I would rate a solid 4 stars!
