Having looked around the market for some time, I had been comparing multiple fiesta's, just waiting for the right one to come along and just get myself that bargain buy, something with low mileage, in pristine condition, with any added extras or aftermarket parts would be a plus. I honestly thought I hit the jack pot when a black/red Ford Fiesta showed up at Karl Smith's car sales literally a stone's throw away so super easy to travel to view the car, less than a mile away. On the day I dealt with Justine, who was brilliant, and after agreeing to buy the car and help to arrange another day to collect, Steve finished the handover process, and it was perfect. was just the complete package, showing brilliant customer service from start to finish. I will certainly be coming back again when I need a new motor.

Well, what can I say about Karl Smith Car Sales? Other than just a fantastic, very simple process, they had the car I wanted, a Renault Clio; it looked exactly as described, so no issues there. The customer service was brilliant, so no issues there either. Communication was key for me; I was consistently kept informed as to what was happening and what the next step of the process was, so really didn't feel like I didn't know what was going on. So overall, a fantastic car with just extremely helpful, friendly, and informative customer service, top marks from me.

After looking around for a more modern car, one that was more spacious, provided a larger boot, felt more airy, and was not so compact, one that would give me that much-needed leg room and help reduce the aching from longer journeys, the Dacia Duster just seemed to tick all the boxes, from, as mentioned previously, mileage and budget, and I just wanted to go from a standard car to an SUV. The car itself looks terrific, performs exactly as it should, so I really don't have any complaints. The customer service was excellent throughout, and I have no qualms over the purchase and would certainly do business again at Karl Smith Car Sales.

My new Merc A class is Mint, it’s just a beast, loving every moment driving at the moment, first saw the car online, and having seen the spec for the price, new I had to go and see the car in person, luckily the dealership is very local for myself, so only took a short drive to find myself at Karl Smith car sales, the car looked smashing, and I couldn't wait to take it for that first test drive, as I had been saving up quite a while to be able to get the car, and the car didn't let me down, was immense, safe to say when I got back to the dealership, I signed the paperwork as quick as I could just to be able to get my hands on the keys again.
