My new car is brilliant and service was 100% spot on. It was 10 days before I managed to pick the car up as I had some work commitments but the garage didn't mind at all and were very accommodating. The service was impeccable and I was kept up to date every step of the way! I will use again 100%.

I bought a Nissan Juke from Karl Smith Car Sales and overall Im really happy with it and the service. Had a few niggles after buying it, problem with speakers and couple of other very minor issues but they have dealt with everything perfectly. Would recommend and buy here again myself.

Excellent service from Karl Smith Car Sales, during and after the sale...The engine warning light came on after I'd bought so its going back in to be looked at. I'm not concerned though because they have been really good about it, got me booked in and its covered under warranty. Other than that, the car runs great and I'm really happy with it. I can't fault how the dealer has handled everything and wouldn't hesitate recommending to others.
